Charles Schumer -canny or canine?

It may be that the fate of the entire Iran Treaty lies in the hands of the NY Senator.

Everyone is talking about the pressure on him.

But as someone who loves the spotlight he may turn out to be anything but a loyal doggy.

Perhaps he sees this as the main chance.

The main chance to show HE is presidential material.

The main chance to bring the D party back to where is was on foreign policy with Truman, JFK and Henry Jackson

The main chance to cement the Jewish vote to him and the D party

The main chance to see himself viewed as able to work with R’s

The main chance to be and be seen to be a PATRIOT, even if a Progressive one

The main chance to prove the nation is safe from foreign enemies in his hands

The main chance to be the one who can decrease the polarization here

The main chance to DO RIGHT and be seen to be doing right

The main chance to call this a treaty and reject it because the president has not done so and show you believe in the Constitution as written

It’s your day coming soon, Charles.

Not Obama’s

YOUR DAY

Schumer is a small man. He loves to punch down but he's a bully. Remember the Waco hearings? He won't go off the reservation. Too chicken. He will sell out to Obama.

These Are The Only Jews He Cares About ..... and they already vote D.

That article is SO WRONG I can't even tell you. I am on the board of a REFORMED jewish congregation, with a GAY female Rabbi, whose congregation is LOADED with University profs and Dr's. Lawyers come in third, then socisal service counselors, we have SCORES of gay couples.
Now you can imagine on the domestic front where this puts me compared to most of the group

By far the majority of the congregation at WORST cannot understand what Obama is thinking about. Those U profs who teach history and politics are aghast. Many AGREE with Mike Huckabee ( as I do)

Except for gay people (who I an understand in their vote) the vast majority are vulerable to the RIGHT GOP candidate based on this TREATY.

So I don't who is asking what kind of questions, but this is VERY akin to the continuous drumbeat of 'the economy is back'

Epa, you say the people in your Congregation are vulnerable to the GOP.

There are two things about that:

1) There is no viable GOP anymore

and

2) they are merely vulnerable - I doubt they would actually vote GOP

AND WHILE I'M AT IT - A THIRD THING

WE ALL KNEW THIS SHIT ABOUT OBAMA BACK IN 2008 - WHY HAS IT TAKEN OTHERS SO LONG TO FIGURE IT OUT

ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL.

I have to tell you that of all the churches I have been in since 2001, it is the Methodists which are the most anti US and anti Israel IMHO

If a Kasich were to win, I think he would garner some of these votes, a Cruz, NO WAY

I have no idea who I support now, but I like Walker, Rubio, Cruz, and Carly, though Rubio voting for the TPP/TAA pushes him to the bottom.

I am starting to hear this a lot from PUNDITS

Pastorius said...

Yes, Pundits are joining in on this.

That's why I no longer state it as my own personal belief.

As connected and enmeshed as "Pundits" are, if they begin saying the GOP is gone, IT'S GONE.

The revised definition of insanity ..... being forced to share a government with 175 million people that have a different set of values than you do, then expecting to solve your problems at the ballot box.
