That's because Islam directs the parents to kill the child. The question is not, "Will they?" The question is, "Should they?"
And since they should, they would.

If I were King ...... we would have a similar rule.
I would hold the family / tribe of every captured or killed Jihadi responsible for his / hers actions, by placing a JDAM in their parent's living room and the nearest Mosque to their parent's living room.
Perhaps they wouldn't be so eager to send little Mohammed off to kill the infidel.
..... of course I would also apply that same logic to violent criminals and illegal aliens in America .... so it's probably a good thing I'm not king.
