These events are being managed to some extent. The attempted assassination of Gabby Giffords: the ID of the shooter got out real quick and allowed people who knew about the shooter to get commentary out on the web real quick so the attempt to pin it on Sarah Palin didn't work.
Following that fiasco the DHS created a rapid response team for mass shooter / mass casualty events. The first effective deployment was the Al-Shboob bombing (inadvertent) on New Year's Day in Minneapolis. A DHS force arrived and immediately commands control and puts a gag order on local police. This gives the regime time to shape the narrative and control the news.
Now when a mass casualty event occurs the ID of the shooter is kept under wraps buying time for the DHS / NSA to get control of, and alter, the social media footprint of the perp. So the regime can get in control of the narrative. The MSM buys in and the LOFO are fed the regime line.
So a black guy is now white. A selective murderer of Christians becomes a "conservative republican." And terrorists become extremists, and an extremist is anyone who disagrees with Barack Hussein Obama. Meaning me and you.
Furthermore, the NSA data-mines the web LOOKING for loonies posting crazy wishes to commit mass murder then joins them up in chat rooms and blogs encouraging them to do the deed! This is part of the reason they need to scrub the social media footprint...they have to remove evidence of these interactions.

No. I don't.
But I know they have the capability to do this if they want to.
And I know that Fast & Furious was real. I know that Lois Lerner was real. And I am certain that the desire to so this is real.
And I know that overturning 2A is the brass ring of the BHO admin. They will do anything...
I do suspect the Waco Biker Shooting was helped along by government plants.
