Paul, it’s like this, YOU‘RE BEING CALLED

The nation NEEDS a speaker who has a shot at getting the Tea Party and the other republicans to be effective as a majority that LEGISLATES as one.
If there is anyone who recognizes that the House originates legislature, and votes on it DESPITE anything that gets walled up by 41 D’s, it HAS GOT TO BE YOU. Work it out in conference, but commit acts of legislation.
Now, your stance on the TPP makes me want to disqualify you, but this Speaker election may be the pivot point on which the death of the GOP occurs. If you Don’t run we may have it right there. If you do and then do a Boehner, it will happen right there. Give it a shot. Maybe the last one.
No doubt, Hillary, Pelosi and others are rubbing their hands with unbounded glee on this one.
So did Buchanan et al over the Whigs overdue demise.
Things don’t always work out the way conventional wisdom indicates.
