Yesterday George Webb posted video clip for Day 208.8 in which he discussed his personal interview with Capone in his bar. Capone is not tape (not yet - not sure if Webb taped him) but Capone had his attorney with him during this interview and his story shifted to his not being present in the bar on the night Seth Rich died. Capone states he was with his family at the beach (Rehoboth, RI?).

When Warren saw Rich standing outside on the patio with some of the bar staff as he was locking up, he felt a protective instinct kick in and asked if he needed a ride home. The significance of the above is explained by George Webb who suggests the possibility that Seth was chemically compromised and the bar manager (Capone) was aware of it, while the staff member, "Warren" was concerned. Yet the bar manager, Capone, now states he wasn't at the bar that night.
Something stinks to high heaven.
George Webb suppositions the possibility that the DNC needed to discover who else had the information Seth was attempting to pass to WikiLeaks, so they set him up, compromised his mental integrity through his drinks at Lou's bar, grabbed him off the street as he left and roughed him up to get this info. Seth likely wasn't chemically compromised sufficiently and managed to fight them off and attempt to flee - that's when he was shot in the back which set off alarms in the neighborhood - not allowing time to finish him off directly where he lay. Once at the hospital, compromised staff/LE finished the job and possibly profited through organ harvesting. The time lapse mentioned by the 4th year intern witness could corroborate since access to this patient was denied since he was deemed as VIP and off limits to hospital staff for several hours until his demise.
