During the most recent hearing in a class action lawsuit (Case # 0-16-cv-61511-WJZ ) brought by Jared Beck (Bernie-bots claim primary election irregularities) against the DNC in the Southern District of Florida the court entertained the second motion to dismiss presented by the DNC on the legal basis that they have no legal obligation to run the primary in a fair and impartial manner. There is an article in Newsweek yet none of the major media are covering. At the end of the hearing the judge stated "democracy demands truth so that the people can make informed decisions'. No ruling as of today.
The federal prosecutor from Miami (Dade County), Beranton Whisenant, whose body washed ashore on a Hollywood beach in Broward County died under suspicious circumstances (see SunSentinel, MiamiHerald. The location of Beranton's demise places his case in the Broward court system under the same judge adjudicating Beck's class action suit which is in the same district under Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

I have your email - haven't been able to keep up with the story in order to fashion a coherent sentence myself. Details are coming fast & furious from every political angle as this story heats up despite efforts to shut it down by the DNC. All I can say is there seems to be a swarm of pent up fury coming from Bernie-crats and it's building quite a remarkable investigative force for the dems to reckon with.
FWIW, I'm using this format as a note-pad of sorts since my own email sometimes falls into limbo with my system identifying my notes as spam and auto deleting. HARUMPH!
