Listen to the clip at the 11:45 minute mark on. He makes all the distinction he ought to make.
The media is lying.
Whoever says Trump did not condemn Neo-Nazis is a liar.
Whoever criticizes Trump because he did not use soaring language wants another type of human being. He is a New Yorker, he is a businessman, and he is a Pragmatist.
He is telling the truth here, and any anger directed at his supposed hatred is a lie and a slander.
It's enough, my friends.
No more slandering.

I finally got around to watching this. DJT absolutely pwnd the press! I was expecting to see the opposite, but no.
Makes me think the media is just screaming into their own echo chamber. That their conduct is fear based, they know they're losing.
Time will tell. But I feel much better now.
Too many people are basing their opinions on what others said about this speech and on out-of-context excerpts.
I missed the speech when it was live.
Then, yesterday morning (On a workday!), I listened to the entire speech. Trump spoke the truth about blame on both sides. Furthermore, he did call out the white supremacist groups.
In the afternoon, I was challenged by my 17-year-old American History student who told me, "Trump sided with the Neo-Nazis. Blah, blah, blah." He was spewing what he'd heard on MSNBC and CNN -- and from his Progressive parents.
I asked him, "Have you listened to the entire speech?" He hadn't, of course.
We also had a long discussion on the parameters of First Amendment rights and the extent to which they should be limited.
It remains to be seen if I lose that client. The young man's mother was listening behind the door. Literally behind the door. At the conclusion of the lesson, she hurried me out of the house -- to the point of grabbing my purse and rushing with it in hand to the front door. I kid you not!
Yeah, I was pretty surprised when I actually heard his Presser.
The media has absolutely lied about him and the contents of the Press Conference.
The Democrat / leftist / never Trump true believers will not be swayed by anything Trump says or does. I believe Trump understands this and knows that appeasement is a losers game. (Unlike dunderheads like GW Bush and Mitt Romney.)
For Trump to succeed he has to continue to perform for the 67M Americans who voted for him. His voters know the press is totally committed to his destruction and comprehensively dishonest. And I don't believe there are a whole lot of people hanging out in the middle any more.
If DJT stays the course I believe he will be successful whatever his detractors throw at him. Of course it will take Lincoln-like resolve on his part. But I can't think of any other significant American personality who have a chance of holding up under this.
Just keep in mind what would be going on now had HRC won. It would be a rout.
From Rasmussen polling out today:
"63% of likely Republican voters believe that it is not possible for President Trump to do anything the media will approve of.
"Even voters not affiliated with either major party by a 50 to 32% margin say it is not possible for the President to ever do anything the media will sign off on."
(One of the far lefts most respected and admired commentator's) Noam Chomsky told the Washington Examiner: "(Antifa is) a major gift to the Right, including the militant Right, who are exuberant."
I agree, Antifa is not helping grow the Democrats, probably hurting them.
