While the mayor of San Juan was whining about the lack of response, the Air National Guard was busy delivering 1.5 million meals in ONE 24 HOUR period. Probably MRE's. But the newer ones come with heaters, and enough kilo calories to keep a Marine on the battlefield and in the heat of war nourished.
We cannot wave a magic wand. Things move in steady, logistical manner.
The whiners in Puerto Rico need to stop whining.
