The government of Finland must hate fifty percent of their citizens...
Having placed a urinary catheter in a girl about that age I can attest to the anatomical structures which should tell any normal man that such a little girl is totally off limits.
Does the little girl have a Daddy? In Texas, we would take care of the man the good old-fashioned American way.
