There are of course, many ways to deceive people with what you say. One of them is by what you do not say, when it is directly relevant to the question asked but only the part of the answer that assuages your concerns is given. 

Examples of this kind of deception are too easy to think of from one’s own life’s experience to bother typing out here I suspect. 

On Feb. 19 2015 at the White House a quite typical but pernicious example of this kind of lie was used by the clerics who read the one religious prayer that was given at the summit on ‘violent extremism’. 

In the video below, you can see exactly what two of the omissions were. One was the lines spoken in Arabic but not translated into English which changes the meaning quite a bit. This is the same tactic used against the Marines by the islamic Barbary Pirateswhen defeated by Jefferson’s American forces. (Article 11 guaranteeing no enmity between Christian and Islamic states was not put into the Arabic version.) 

The second lie of omission is the verse that comes right after the verse they did recite, which fundamentally transforms (wait that sounds familiar) the meaning of the verse they did read.

Nobel Peace Laureate Shirin Ebadi supported the Iranian revolution only to have it end her career as a judge. It was a pivotal moment in Iran’s turbulent transition and one she remembers well. Towards the end of that first year, the Khomeinist revolutionaries went after two objectives at once as they consolidated their power: the imposition of mandatory hejab for women, and the sharp curtailment of their rights to participate in society as equal citizens.

One day Ebadi arrived at the Ministry of Justice to congratulate the revolutionary officials who had taken power. But instead of thanking her for standing with the revolution, the provisional minister asked her to cover her hair, “out of respect for the return of our beloved Imam Khomeini.”

In her account of those days, Ebadi writes, “the head-scarf ‘invitation’ was the first warning that this revolution might eat its sisters.” Within days the same authorities demoted her to secretary of the court she had presided over, saying that women were “constantly distracted,” “disorganized” and “unmotivated.” The aim was to control what women could do, the professional heights they could reach, and the state chose a means that women would feel against their skin every single moment they stepped out their front doors: the hejab.

Speaking for the first time since David Cameron announced an investigation into the organisation’s alleged links to violent extremism, Ibrahim Mounir said that it risked alienating moderate Muslims. 

“If this [ban] happened, this would make a lot of people in Muslim communities think that [peaceful] Muslim Brotherhood values . . . didn’t work and now they are designated a terrorist group, which would make the doors open for all options,” he said.

Alice in Arabia, an ABC Family pilot that would have been critical of Saudi Arabia, was swarmed on by CAIR and its media allies, almost right away, even though none of them had actually seen it.

This would just be funny if they didnt kill people who converted away from the religion of peace. If I had an 11 year old son who came home and told me he converted to Islam by saying a few foreign phrases at a conversion booth on Bloor st. I would just laugh it off as if he had told me he had become a Martian by reciting the words: “I am a Martian Martian Martian yes am I” in Hienlienistani. It would mean nothing. He hasnt converted anything even as serious as imperial to metric. The issue is the idiots who believe he would have, and would threaten to, or would kill him for reverting back to his Christian or athiest or whatver he thought of himself as.

This is the shocking picture of a schoolboy being converted to Islam by a cleric linked to a radical Muslim hate preacher.

The bewildered 11-year-old, who gives his name as Sean was filmed repeating Arabic chants and swearing allegiance to Allah.

The boy is prompted throughout by controversial cleric Anjem Choudary, a follower of exiled hate-preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed.

The incident was filmed during a demonstration by Choudary’s Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah group in Birmingham city centre earlier this month.

Choudary, 42, was one of the masterminds behind the protests at the homecoming parade of heroic British soldiers in Luton earlier this year.

He praised protesters who branded British troops ‘murderers’ and later appeared at a press conference flanked by thugs who took part in the demo.

Choudary defended the young boy’s ‘reversion’ to Islam but admitted his parents were not with him and were not consulted.

He said: ‘The child was genuinely interested in Islam.’

‘The boy told us he wanted to become a Muslim and, of course, some people are intellectually more mature than they are physically. I don’t see there is any harm in this.

‘He was with his friends, but I didn’t see if his parents were there,’ he added.

A message on Choudary’s website offers advice for those who become Muslim at his Islamic Roadshow.

‘Conversion packs are already provided to those who revert to Islam in the Islamic Roadshows,’ it says.

‘They include a booklet on ‘Everything a Muslim must know’ and a free DVD with a brief guide on how to pray in Islam.’

Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah, is a splinter group of the controversial Al Muhajiroun sect.

Al-Muhajiroun, which has recruited hundreds of fanatics in the Midlands, fell apart in 2004 just months before Bakri was stopped from coming back to the UK under terror laws.

It has been revealed that the sect is planning to reform.

Bakri has now set his sights set on a return for the extremist group, though the Home Office is understood to be closely monitoring its activities.

Is Obama Trying to Make America Part of the dar al-Islam?

Pam at Atlas got the same Bad Feeling as I did concerning Obamuhammad's over-emphasis on the alleged Muslim role in American history. So did Frank Gaffney Jr. of the Center for Security Policy. I urge you to follow the link at Atlas to Gaffney's entire article, in which he points out that certain passages in Obama's speech "amount to instances of presidential dawa, the Arabic term for Islamic proselytization." From references to "the Holy Koran" to "having known Islam on three continents before coming to the region where it was first revealed", Obama has, in Gaffney's opinion, gone beyond "respectful" language into "what amounts to code -- bespeaking the kind of submissive attitude Islam demands of all...", and leading Gaffney to question the purpose of Obama's "repeated hyping of Muslims and their role in the United States that is standard Muslim Brotherhood fare."

Unfortunately, a pattern is being established whereby President Obama routinely exaggerates the Muslim character of America. For example, at Cairo University, he claimed there are nearly seven million Muslims in this country - a falsehood promoted by the Muslim Brotherhood and its friends - when the actual number is well-less than half that. Shortly before The Speech, in an interview with a French network, Mr. Obama said, "If you actually took the number of Muslims Americans, we'd be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world."

Incredible as these statements may seem, even more astounding is their implication for those who adhere to Shariah. The President's remarks about America as a Muslim nation would give rise to its treatment by them as part of dar al-Islam, the world of Islam, as opposed to dar al-harb (i.e., the non-Muslim world).

Were the former to be the case, Shariah requires faithful Muslims to rid the United States of infidel control or occupation...

Could it be possible that Obama is trying to facilitate absorption of the United States into the dar al-Islam by encouraging the delusion that America is "one of the largest Muslim countries in the world"? As Gaffney states, the Cairo speech's

preponderant and much more important message was one that could have been crafted by the Muslim Brotherhood: America has a president who is, wittingly or not, advancing the Brotherhood's agenda of masking the true nature of Shariah and encouraging the West's submission to it.
