Spanish Government and its appeasement of terrorism

Zapatero, the Spanish PM, said here that the negotiations (aka appeasement) with ETA (the Basque terrorist band) are a "Victory of Democracy." He does not demand from the terrorists that they renounce violence or anything of the sort. For him, the sole fact that they are negotiating is a "victory."

This "Victory of Democracy" reminds me of a similar "Peace for our time" declared by Chamberlain after Munich 1938.

Clearly Zapatero does not read History books.

Jaime,

Could you provide me with a link to your website? I need to list you in the sidebar. Also, are you from Spain? I have forgotten.

He has always looked like a conniving worm to me. So is it legal yet in Spain to marry a monkey?

No it is not legal and I hope it is not going to be for a long time.

By the way, you can look here about the demonstration against negotiations with ETA:
