North Korea ready to negotiate?

Whether or not the nuclear test did take place is not yet clear but it drew condemnations and concerns all over the world:

and North Korea is trying to capitalize on its nuclear test saying that it is ready to negotiate.



So, I wonder what do South Korean idiots peaceniks, who where so vehemently protesting annual joint US/South Korean war games earlier this year, think now.
