He says they are wrong, though, as Americans, we are free to watch and listen to what we want to watch and listen to.

The world is made of words.
Well, BHO is a visitor! He's Kenyan/Indonesian, not American. I think that the Republicans are waiting until it's too late to turn back to reveal the facts that BHO was not born in the USA as mandated by law for presidential candidates.
I don't want Obama to be President, so I would like to believe that what you say is true. However, if it were true, wouldn't Hilary have used it already?
It appears that the legal issue isn't as clear as necessary. Hillary couldn't risk it. One of her supporters however, is risking it all - his reputation (lifting eyebrow) and career (well, he still has one). His name is Philip Berg, an attorney from PA.
