British defense secretary: "Taliban and Al-Qaeda are like Nazis"

From Jihad Watch:

Not that their beliefs and goals have anything to do with Islam, of course, or that Muslims who are not part of the Taliban or Al-Qaeda have any responsibility to halt the spread of such beliefs among Muslims. "'Taliban and Al-Qaeda are like Nazis,'" from PTI, December 20 (thanks toWeasel Zippers):

London (PTI): The British defence secretary has compared the Taliban and al-Qaeda to the Nazis, saying that the "fanatics" are challenging the way of life in a manner similar to Adolf Hitler's paratroopers.

Terming the military campaign in Afghanistan as a "vital national security mission", John Hutton said it is a like the war to defeat Hitler.

"It is a struggle against fanatics that may not challenge our borders but challenges our way of life in the same way the Nazis did," Hutton told The Times newspaper in an interview today.

No, they don't challenge your borders, Mr. Hutton. They're already inside them. Ring up a Mr. Anjem Chaudary if you're not sure of that.

It's nice to see that the British Defense Secretary is willing to make such a comparison. The ideology which gives rise to the Taliban and Al Qaeda is, certainly, Nazi-esque, with it's Jew-hatred, it's antithesis to Democracy, it's insistence that any land it once held belongs to it forever.

But, the thing the British Defense Secretary is leaving out is that their are entire nations which are governed by this insane Nazi-esque ideology. It's not limited to the Taliban. Saudi Arabia, Iran, the Sudan, Syria, Nigeria, all these nations, and others, are governed by Wahabbist or Salafist governments bent on all of the above ideas.

Truth is, I'm not smarter than the British Defense Secretary. I'm an idiot. Look at how fucking stupid this website is. Does this website look like the work of someone who is smarter than the British Defense Secretary?

For God's sake.

No, I don't believe the British Defense Secretary does not know that Iran and Saudi Arabia are run according the the same ideology as Al Qaeda and the Taliban. Instead, I believe he focuses on Al Qaeda and the Taliban because it is easier than admitting that we actually have a problem with the preponderance of the Muslim world.

Because, that would mean we are in for a terrible war. And, we don't want that.

Funny, how it is the insistence that reality gives us what we want that can make the British Defense Secretary appear to be stupider than the guy who Administers this dumbfuck website. The ability to face reality is the great leveler.
