Massachusetts senior U.S. Senator John Kerry provided a letter on Senate stationery that supported constituents who participated in last December’s anti-Israel, pro-Hamas Gaza Freedom March, led by President Barack Obama ally Code Pink.

Kerry spent yesterday in an ongoing snit over the swearing-in of Scott Brown, now the junior senator from Massachusetts. Local WTKK talk show host Michele McPhee was there with the Brown family (wife Gail Huff is also a Boston area reporter) and we got running commentary on Kerry limping around the Senate chamber on Ted Kennedy's silver-headed cane, texting while talking with Brown, and later whining about Paul Kirk's office staff not having been given enough notice about having to move and implying they had to be out yesterday. (Brown is in a temporary office and Kirk's people have all weekend and there'll be nothing else to do because there's a blizzard starting today.) If he keeps this up, expect Brown to very nicely but firmly hand him his head then rip him a new one to stick it up.
I hope so.
