If value is added to their goods and services in China, corporations would have a high tax rate. If value is added to their goods and services in the US, corporations would have a low tax rate.

I know a number of these infowar types, and they just skate the edge of sanity, occasionally falling off the edge into paranoid and delusional. Especially the troothers.
Taxes on corporations are a pass-thru, since they become part of the cost of doing business and are passed on to the consumer. Individuals are the only entities that pay taxes.
What we need is the "FairTax" where no money is paid in taxes until it's spent. This would bring in all the taxes from money under the table and assure that no can avoid taxes except by saving. It would free businesses to do what they do and companies would come to the US because of the better tax structure.
Black Rain - we don't tax the world we only tax those in the US and 100% of the money of those rich 1% which you seem to hate, would run the US gov't less than a month.
Just so you'll know a person in US public housing probably has more money than 1/2billion of the world's people. It's a stupid comment. America is a very rich country where the poorest of the poor live better than the average of many countries and as well as the rich of those countries.
