because the socialist in chief and the souless armies of "change" that have been nibbling away at the foundations of this country finally had their watershed moment where enough people have been worn down by the changes instituted not only under obama but many years ago, have led people to go get on the soothing siren call of government assistance. and once they are on it even if they no longer need it they have found they like the extra money it leaves in their pocket for discretionary spending. and the government drones who are voters for obama dont weed them out as new down and outers come to the trough. and it grows and it grows........
soon the system might even tank. how many people can be in the wagon and how few left out pulling it before it grinds to a stop?
