HE KNOWS HE WAS TOLD AND NOT INFORMED VIA EMAIL BECAUSE HE SAID SO:
"I DO NOT GET EMAILS ON THESE SUBJECTS."
WHY WOULDN'T HE WANT A PAPER TRAIL?
BECAUSE IT COULD BE SUBPOENAED.

If he does NOT get emails it indicates this is a sophisticated obstruction in design if not in numbers of personnel. To break this we ARE going to HAVE TO HAVE a prosecutor and a JUDGE willing to SCARE THE SHIT out of key people.
It is well past inconceivable that a new director of an agency of the IRS would not want to see daily updates, and copies of all internal emails when SEVERAL congressional committees are doing proctoligcal exams on your agency, and it's possible a crazy outcome COULD result (repub-conservative sweep over several elections, flat tax, NO IRS)
