Louie Gohmert Introduces Bill Giving IRS Employees 20% Pay Cut UNTIL LERNER EMAILS ARE FOUND - Also Offers $1 Million Reward

From the Daily Caller:
Two Texas Congressmen introduced a bill, the Identify and Recover Lost Emails (IRS) Act (H.R. 4958), offering a $1 million reward for the recovery of former IRS director Lois Lerner’s missing emails, or a $500,000 reward for information concerning their whereabouts.
The bill, introduced by Republican congressmen Louie Gohmert and Bill Flores, also proposes a 20 percent salary cut for IRS employees until the emails are found.
“A Tea Party group in my district was one of the first conservative groups to be targeted,” Flores told Breitbart Texas.
“Then one of my donors appeared to be targeted… They’re all frustrated with the IRS. Then when this news [about the lost emails] came out, they were all even more agitated.”
The bill implies that Lerner’s emails were not completely or accidentally lost, and may be recovered. By using “negative reinforcement,” Flores and Gohmert hope the IRS will cave under pressure and end the drama.
“It seems that each time the IRS has evidence that will either prove with certainty its guilt or innocence, the evidence disappears,” Gohmert told KETK NBC.
“Both common sense and the law indicate, the evidence such as emails must have proved the IRS’s impropriety if not outright crimes. It is time the IRS either comes clean, or has a special prosecutor to clean it up. This bill should help in the interim.”
Both Gohmert and Flores believe the bill will receive “considerable support,” and are convinced the IRS emails will eventually turn up.
“I even think we’ll have some Democrats support it,” Flores said. “They’re scared of what the IRS has done to their reputation. We will not sit idly by as the IRS continues to work to cover up its blatant abuse of government power.”
