Well if they did do it, then they demonstrated that they don't know how Wall St operates, as this doesn't really hurt Wall St much, but could devastate individual traders out there. I'm sure a lot of Wall St people made a lot of $$ today on the downside.
I should follow them and hope they're a little more punctual in their threats.
