Judge Jeanine Pirro on Trump and First Amendment Rights

Pasto published what he called "A Very Evenhanded Piece on Trump, "Advocating Violence", and Left-Wing Protestors". I disagree that the piece was even handed (but obviously I'm not going to go and disrupt his party and scream at his guests). I think the following take by Judge Jeanine Pirro is actually even handed and closer to common sense than anything else I've seen on the media or on blogs.

PS: It should be very telling that Cruz who claims to be a tireless defender of the Constitution failed to bring up the First Amendment in all of this.

Donald Trump's "unforgivable sin" has been his statements about Muslims. Once he made those statements -- mild by IBA's criteria -- all sorts of people piled on.

Even Ted Cruz.

Check out this WaPo lead editorial after the last GOP debate. Excerpt:

THE REPUBLICAN presidential race, the headlines tell us, suddenly turned civil and substantive this week. When the candidates faced off in their last debate before Tuesday’s crucial primaries in Florida and Ohio, they did not trade petty insults or discuss body parts. Instead, Donald Trump merely stated that “there is tremendous hate” among “large portions” of the world’s 1.6 billion Muslims. “We better solve the problem before it’s too late,” Mr. Trump said.

A debate is not civil when it includes this kind of ignorant stereotyping. It is not substantive when such rank prejudice earns inadequate protest from the others onstage....

All that piece on Trump said is that people DO get hurt at his rallies.

That's true. His supporters have pushed people around and even punched them in the face.

I agree with Trump's argument that people have the right to fight back.

HOWEVER, i think the candidate himself ought to keep his nose out of it. It's not his business if two people unrelated to him want to fight each other.

Is it?

Sometimes it's mildly entertaining to marvel at the duplicity of these candidates as we witness exposure of their selective intolerances.
On one side you have Clinton, Sanders, Kasich, Cruz and Rubio feigning disgust at Trump's expressed concerns about doctrinal hate within Islam.
Then there is Cruz's campaign who opted to front a pastor preaching intolerance towards the gay population.

Sanders, Clinton, Kasich, and to some extent Rubio and Cruz enjoin BLM, illegal immigrants, entertain white privilege and every bleeding heart $ocialist entitlement cau$e for votes.

And this is the best candidates rustled up to run at this time. . . for this critical election cycle. It will not get any better given the accelerated decline of our nation's education. We fret with good reason.

Just watch some Mark Dice videos to witness how ignorant the voting age public, particularly millenials is already:
Help Hillary Repeal Bill of Rights
Hillary Supporters endorse Shariah Law in America
American's who don't know the Capital of the United STates
Americans Don't know who Wshington DC is Named After
There are many, many more examples putting voting age Americans to shame.

Mark Dice looks more and more frustrated in each successive video.
