Who Is Releasing All This Information On Hillary?

Mentioned earlier is the question of who is releasing all the leaks about Hillary's e-mails. A suggestion mentioned that it could be from the current-occupant-of-the-oval-office since none of the emails reveal any negative implications regarding his tenure thus far. Nor do any of the leaked e-mails mention or link to Jarrett, Rice, Soros etc. Clearly Soros threw Hillary over in favor of Barry in '08. 
We also know that Barry is a Shia islamophile while Hillary is bought and paid for by the Sunni branch.

I mention the above because with all the recent terror attacks and the distractions within the '16 campaign - events which appear to be ratcheting up - not enough notice is being paid to the upcoming handover of control of the internet...
ICANN ASSISTED A MEMBER WHO GAVE US TECHNOLOGY TO IRAN
Google, facebook, twitter, reddit etc. have all recently been exposed for censoring/ purging content deemed unacceptable. 

All this chaos appears intentional to throw us off our game.
