Shapiro: Trump impeachment 'should be on the table' if Mueller investigation quashed

Look At Me, Mommy
I'm a Good Boy, Mommy

I got kicked off Twitter because I called Ben Shapiro a "fag".

You want to tell me he's not?

From The Hill:
Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro said Friday that impeachment "should be on the table" if President Trump or one of his appointees ends special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference prematurely. Shapiro, the founder and co-editor of The Daily Wire, appeared on HBO's "Real Time With Bill Maher," where he said he doesn't believe Trump colluded with Russia in the 2016 election. Shapiro said he's waiting to see evidence suggest otherwise. "When the evidence comes out I’m happy to go with the indictments. Criminal activity is criminal activity," he said. "I’m happy to wait for the Mueller indictments," he added. "If they come down and they target Trump, I’m happy to see him impeached. But I need to see evidence."
What Shapiro is really saying here is, he's happy to see Mueller continue to waste taxpayer's money investigating the Trump Administration on trumped up charges that stem from evidence dug up by a treasonous Obama Administration spying campaign into a political rival during an election.

In other words, the Obama Administration was using the authority of the Presidency to attempt to shut down Democracy.

And Ben Shapiro is ok with that.

And Ben Shapiro is ok with the Trump Administration having to work under the cloud of false charges.

And Ben Shapiro is ok with the resulting deadening of Trump's attempts to push through the policies he was elected to enact.

And Ben Shapiro is ok with anything at all against Trump because Ben Shapiro doesn't like Trump because Ben Shapiro doesn't like Trump's unmannerly behavior.

Anyone who spends time quaffing Ben Shapiro's diarrhea is an idiot.

Ben Shapiro needs to disappear from the national stage.

Agreed on all points. And let us not forget he is the former Breitbart Editor at Large who vociferously defended Michelle Fields in the bullshit Lewandowski mess in 2016 which ended his time at Breitbart.

He is the very definition of a never Trumper.

Let's also not forget that Trump has had months now to bring this thing to a halt and he has allowed it to proceed and it should soon reach a natural conclusion - albeit it is a national disaster that has swept up too many.

Thanks for the reminders.

I really hate Ben Shapiro.

I can not get over how much I hate him.

TLEP: Do you think perhaps Trumps is giving his detractors more rope with which to hang themselves. I understand that innocents are likely getting swept up in this to their disadvantage. But maybe - in the end - they triumph that much more.

I think Trump is not sweating this because the accusations do not have substance. What appears to have substance, is collusion at the highest levels of government by individuals at the top of their various chain of command to interfere with free and fair elections. (Lois Lerner reminds us the IRS can be used as a tool for political persecution.)

Perhaps though, there should be future consideration for a distinct metric for such investigations which limits both funding and places a time limit on the process. It seems to me that not placing a spending cap on this process has allowed for a net to be cast which is too wide. And I would cringe to see the expense account receipts for Mueller and his team. Living large, those guys.

MR has made a very important point:

He is the very definition of a never Trumper.

He's been lying low since Trump won, but Shapiro's hatred of Trump is still smouldering.
