Dearborn Woman Suing Police For Forcing Her To Remove Hijab When Placed Under Arrest

Local Muslim woman filing lawsuit against Dearborn Heights Police for forcing her to remove hijab during arrest

DEARBORN HEIGHTS - A 27-year-old local Muslim woman is filing a lawsuit against the Dearborn Heights Police department for forcing her to remove her hijab when she was arrested and booked for a traffic misdemeanor offense on July 9, 2014. 

Malak Kazan said she was humiliated by the department’s policy, which required her to remove her scarf when she was detained for driving on a suspended license. 

As part of the booking process, Kazan was asked to remove her hihab for her mug shot. Kazan allegedly expressed concern about the policy to the police men on duty, claiming it was a violation of her religion. 

She allegedly asked for a female police officer, but was told they couldn’t provide her with one. After growing frustration, Kazan was able to speak to a supervisor, who told her that removing head wear was part of the department’s policy and that she needed to comply or she would be further detained. 

Local Attorney Amir Makled from the Law Office of Cyril C. Hall, is filing the case at the U.S. District Court this week. He is demanding the department change its policy and is also seeking both compensatory and punitive damages for his client.

Amazing but true! [Paris is the first.]  Also the largest mosque on this continent is not in New York or Los Angeles–it is in Dearborn Michigan. Now Paris I understand.  I love Paris.  In fact, I love all of France.  The French are among the most tolerant cultures on the planet.  I can understand why Muslims from the Middle East would want to migrate to that lovely city–but Dearborn Michigan?  UGH!  Why? 

A conversation with my dearest friend who lives in Orange Country, CA started this particular quest for the facts.  She is a Republican so naturally everything she says I take with a large grain of salt–especially  her emails that often are Republican chain letters.  I always subject them to a Scopes.com test for truth and they always fail. LOL.  But today we were chatting on the phone and she said that Michigan had the largest Muslim population outside the Middle East. Now that REALLY sounded suspect to me as I thought the Muslims had better sense than to move to Dearborn.  Turns out that Sandy was almost right on that, but it was equally surprising for me to learn that Dearborn even placed as second.  Why? Why? Why? 

Further research revealed that the main answer to that question is none other than Henry Ford! He would not allow a Jew to work in his factory.  Consequently Dearborn became known as the American Mecca for Muslims.  

Yep! Henry Ford.  Now I did vaguely remember that Ford didn’t like Jews, but I didn’t realize how Muslims would benefit from that prejudice. 

How involved was Ford in hating Jews? In 1938, four months after the forced annexation of Austria by the Nazis, Henry Food accepted the Grand Cross of the Supreme order of the German Eagle for his invaluable contributions to the Third Reich.  His “invaluable contributions” included large cash donations to the Nazis to finance their takeover of Germany and thousands of military vehicles and warplane engines to power the Nazi conquest of Europe and Britain.  We don’t read about this in our history books because the rich don’t like to say bad things about other rich people AND especially rich well connected to Wall Street. 

Ford was a total fanatic against JewsHe even published a weekly newspaper titled:  The Ford International Weekly THE DEARBORN INDEPENDENT It ran such disturbing headlines as “The International Jew: The World’s Problem”  All Ford dealers were required to sell the paper

PASTORIUS COMMENT:

One must wonder if Henry Ford's well-known hatred of Jews had anything to do with his affinity for Muslims. After all, the only people who hate Jews as much as Nazis like Ford are Muslims themselves.

Adolf Hitler found a friend in the Grand Mufti al-Husseini and I believe Henry Ford found friends in the Muslims he brought to Michigan from Lebanon to work in his factories.

I have not found the documentation for his purposeful importation of these mostly Lebanese Muslims as of yet. Maybe someone could help me out.
