Muslim employees at Israeli construction company caused damage and sabotage

The CEO of one of Israel's biggest construction companies explains why they no longer employ Arabs/Muslims identifying as palestinians:

Yigal Dimri, controlling shareholder and CEO of YH Dimri Construction and Development (TASE: DIMRI), the largest listed construction company in Israel, continues to oppose the employment of Palestinians in Israel, which was halted by the state at the outbreak of the Swords of Iron war. At a recent real estate conference, Dimri said that in his opinion the Palestinians should not return to working on building sites in Israel. In a call with investors on the release of YH Dimri’s first quarter financials, he expressed himself even more strongly on the matter.

Dimri said that his company had for several years tried to reduce its Palestinian workforce. "We succeeded in doing so, and we hardly employ any Palestinians, they’re all workers from overseas. There was a problem with the sub-contractors, but they too are gradually overcoming it.

"We should try not to be dependent on the Palestinians," Dimri continued, and confided details probably heard for the first time from the owner of such a large construction company. "When we worked with the Palestinians, there were very many instances of sabotage in many projects. There’s no getting away from it, they don’t like us, and when a Palestinian works for you, he sabotages you.

But the drawback is that the guy fails to acknowledge the Religion of Peace's role in influencing the mindsets of the "employees" and whoever commands them from within their sharia-governed enclaves. Do they truly expect to solve a worldwide epidemic of barbarism and even stealth attacks if the business managers won't stress the deeper issues involved? I congratulate the CEO of the construction company for now avoiding employment of products of an Islamic-led community, but even so, if they really want to improve the situation, they have to get at the deeper issues, plain and simple. And they also have to acknowledge that "palestinians" is a modern fabrication for undermining Israel. When will these business managers learn?

What a statement of the importance of national borders and of limited government!

But it was the words I cited in the title of this blog post that jumped out at me:

"The West will never ever be broken."

We no longer have an apologist POTUS. Instead, we have a POTUS who stands strong for the West — and without any mealy-mouthed whimpering about colonialism-based guilt (Zinnism).

The lunch with François Hollande was reportedly dropped as the French refused to bow to demand for halal meat to be served and for the wine to be left off the table

France, unlike Italy, has reportedly refused to take wine off the table for Iranian president Hassan Rouhani, meaning he will lunch alone during his historic trip to Paris – the first for an Iranian leader in 17 years.

As anger mounted in Rome on Wednesday over a decision to cover up nude statues with large white panels so as not to offend Mr Rouhani, the French have already made it clear that no such cultural concessions would be made regarding its cherished gastronomy.

In Rome, alcohol was not served at an official dinner held in Mr Rouhani’s honour – a standard Italian diplomatic gesture for visiting Muslim dignitaries.

But in Paris, an originally planned lunch at the Elysée Palace with François Hollande was dropped because the French refused to cede to the Iranian presidency's demand for halal meat to be served and for the wine to be left off the table, citing “republican traditions”.

Alcohol consumption is no laughing matter in Iran, whose culture ministry has just banned the word “wine” from books published in the Islamic Republic on the grounds that it amounts to the “cultural invasion” of the West.

Muslim Vs. Hindu Honor Killings

Although the overwhelming majority of honor killings worldwide occur within Muslim communities, one would not know this by reading the mainstream media. Fearful of being labeled "Islamophobic," the American press has given only glancing attention to the widespread, honor-related ritual murder of Muslim women in the Middle East and South Asia while treating periodic honor killings among Muslim immigrants in the West as ordinary domestic abuse cases.

Over the last few years, however, the media has published a flurry of articles about Hindu honor killings in India, the only non-Muslim-majority country where these murders are still rampant.  Apologists for Muslim culture and civilization rushed to herald the upsurge in Hindu (and Sikh) honor killings as evidence that the practice is "a universal problem, not an Islamic issue."

While India is indeed a striking exception to Islam's near monopoly on contemporary honor killings, the following preliminary statistical survey shows Hindu honor killings in India to be different in form and commission from those of Muslims in neighboring Pakistan. Though no less gruesome, the Hindu honor killings seem largely confined to the north of India and are perpetuated by sociocultural factors largely specific to India. The millions of Indian Hindus who have immigrated to the West do not bring the practice along with them.

The recent spike of honor killings in India is likely the product of a clash between traditional and modern values, intensified by high economic growth and increasing social mobility. The spike may also reflect growing media coverage of this crime. The democratically elected government of India has taken important, if long overdue, steps to combat the practice of honor killing, and some progress has been made.

Not so in Pakistan where officials at all levels of government are either unable or unwilling to cope with honor killings. For Pakistan and many other Muslim countries, which have yet to experience the social stresses of rapid modernization or build the kind of political institutions that can eradicate a practice so deeply rooted in traditional beliefs—especially as Islamists now dominate—the worst may be yet to come....

Exercising its prerogative as a business, Lowe's has pulled its sponsorship of the television show All-American Muslim.

The usual suspects are all riled up over Lowe's decision.

And get this!

A state senator from Southern California said Sunday he was considering calling for a boycott. Calling the Lowe's decision "un-American" and "naked religious bigotry," Sen. Ted Lieu, D-Torrance, told The Associated Press he would also consider legislative action if Lowe's doesn't apologize to Muslims and reinstate its ads.

Legislative action to force a business to sponsor a TV show? Why? Because Muslims (and Islam) must always have the upper hand, even to the point of violating capitalistic principles.

Of course, CAIR is involved:

Dawud Walid, Michigan director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said his group felt "extreme disappointment" at Lowe's "capitulation to bigotry."

Walid said he has heard expressions of anger and calls for a boycott by Muslims but said a key to resolving the Lowe's advertising controversy will be how non-Muslim religious leaders and others react to Lowe's decision....

"Others"? As in legislative bodies and courts?

Lowe's had better not back down on this!

Has The UK Had Enough Of Islamic Infiltration?

Over the years here at IBA, we have bemoaned over and over again the UK's dhimmitude. But anti-dhimmitude is now afoot in the UK - not only among the people but also at higher levels.

Universities 'complacent' over Islamic radicals, Theresa May warns

The Home Secretary has criticised universities for their “complacency” in tackling Muslim extremism as she prepares to publish the Government’s updated strategy for countering Islamic radicalism.


Theresa May told The Daily Telegraph that universities were not taking the issue of radicalisation seriously enough and that it was too easy for Muslim extremists to form groups on campuses “without anyone knowing”.

She also said the Government would cut funding to any Islamic group that espoused extremist views, and set out the “key British values” to which those seeking support must subscribe. It is understood that about 20 groups are already losing their funding....

As part of the Prevent strategy, the Government will define as extremists anyone who “does not subscribe to human rights, equality before the law, democracy and full participation in society”, including those who “promote or implicitly tolerate the killing of British soldiers”.

Mrs May said: “We are looking at a set of values we believe we have here in the UK and those people opposed to those values are people who the Government won’t be funding or engaging with.”

It is understood that the strategy will also name 25 boroughs that are most at risk from Islamist extremism, including areas of London, Birmingham, Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.

There will also be a move to limit access to extremist websites from public buildings, particularly schools and public libraries....

Too little too late? Not necessarily. But strong anti-dhimmitudinal action needs to be taken at the political level. It appears such political action may be upcoming:

David Cameron will emerge as the victor from a bitter cabinet battle over multiculturalism this week as the government unveils a hardline approach to tackling Islamist extremism.

Home Office sources say that Cameron has quashed Nick Clegg's argument for a more tolerant attitude to Muslim groups by insisting on a strategy centred upon the notion that violent extremism is incubated within the ideology of non-violent extremism.

The shift in approach will be outlined when the government's counter-terrorism strategy is unveiled by the home secretary, Theresa May, on Tuesday. Central to the Prevent strategy is a broader definition of extremism that will be extended beyond groups condoning violence to those considered non-violent but whose views, such as the advocacy of sharia law, fail to "reflect British mainstream values"....

Let Them Smell Bacon!

A cafe owner was yesterday celebrating victory after a six-month legal battle to fry bacon triggered by Muslim complaints.

Beverley Akciecek, 49, was ordered to tear down an extractor fan after a neighbour told council bosses his Muslim friends refused to visit his home because of the ‘foul odour’.

Graham Webb-Lee said the smell made them feel ‘physically sick’.

Mrs Akciecek and her husband Cetin, 50 – himself a Turkish Muslim – spent months struggling to pay legal fees and worrying about the future of their business.

Now the planning inspectorate has announced that they can keep the extractor fan at the Snack Shack cafe in Stockport.

The council has been ordered to pay the entire legal bill, which could be as high as £5,000....

In the bigger scheme of things, this victory doesn't matter much. The West has so many national leaders who are moving in exactly the opposite direction.

And just you wait....One of these days, Islamomaniacs somewhere in the world will go on a rampage because one of their ummah friends has to smell bacon, much like the recent murderous rampage in Afghanistan over the burning of a Koran by a fringe pastor in Florida.

To Niquab or not to Niquab that is the question the Michigan Supreme Court decided 5-2

Should Witnesses be Allowed to Wear Niqabs While Testifying?

In our opinion, the best legal controversies arise when two compelling principles smack headlong into each other.

Here’s one: should a devout Muslim woman be required to lift her veil when testifying in court? The issue pits two cherished American values: the desire to let people practice their religions freely against the desire for transparency and integrity within our justice system.

The issue has been kicking around courts in Michigan for some time, as it turns out. And the Michigan Supreme Court made a bit of news on the topic on Wednesday when it voted to give judges authority over how witnesses dress in court. The new statewide rule, which gives judges the authority to regulate the appearance of witnesses — such as asking them to remove face coverings, was approved by a 5-2 vote. The dissenters said there should be an exception for people whose clothing is dictated by their religion. Click here for the AP story; here for the Detroit News story; here for the AP story.

According to the AP story, the issue arose recently in Michigan, which has a large Muslim population, when a Muslim woman went to small-claims court to contest a $3,000 charge from a rental-car company to repair a vehicle that she said thieves had broken into. Hamtramck District Judge Paul Paruk told Ginnah Muhammad (pictured) he needed to see her face to judge her truthfulness. Muhammad refused, insisting on keeping her niqab on during the 2006 hearing. Judge Paruk dismissed the case, claiming he needed to see her face to determine her truthfulness.

Muhammad sued the judge in federal court, and lost. The case is currently on appeal to the Sixth Circuit.

But after Muhammad sued the judge, the Michigan Judges Association and Michigan District Judges Association lent their support to a court rule giving judges “reasonable” control over the appearance of parties.

That's the WSJ and the comments are very interesting....

It is a non-negotiable matter. Giving judges supposed ‘reasonable’ control over situations like these is terrible public policy because it in essence cuts off a portion of the American population (niqabis) from utilizing the justice system, leaving them with little effective recourse if they are wronged.

The point of democracy or a republic, is that WE MAKE THE LAW, and all other rules are subservient, of course.

Anti-Dhimmitude In Greeley, Colorado

The JBS Swift Company gave in to Moslems' demands for Ramadan.

The next day, other workers at the facility aren't taking kindly to the company's dhimmitude:

...[A]ll the other workers of all cultures and nationalities have walked out in protest, just as they had in Greeley, CO nearly two weeks ago.

A compromise reached to accommodate prayer for about 500 Somalian meatpacking plant workers in Grand Island led to a counter protest of even more workers at the JBS Swift & Co. plant Wednesday.

Workers including Caucasians, Hispanics, Vietnamese, and African-Americans walked out after clocking in on the B shift shortly after 3 p.m. [A commenter to this news story says that the Sudanese were not with the Somalis, but with this group of counter-demonstrators]

The objection — a change in the break schedule that leaves B shift workers shorted of hours Monday through Friday and forces them to work Saturday to earn at least 40 hours of pay.

“The Somalians say they can only work three hours after sunset, so we’re supposed to work 7.3 hours a day Monday through Friday,” said Naomi Jakubowski. “We’re supposed to come in and make up the time on Saturday or be shorted at just 36 hours.”

“I don’t want to sacrifice my Saturdays with my kids — and I can’t raise ‘em on 36 hours of pay,” she said. “I’ve got rent, food and diapers to buy.”

JBS Swift & Company: The Rest Of The Story

You may have heard about what happened last week at the Swift packing plant in Greeley, Colorado:

A complaint by Somali workers earlier this week that they weren’t getting early enough break times to accommodate religious fasting snowballed into worker protests at the JBS Swift & Co. plant Friday.

Employees from both early and late shifts converged in the afternoon in front of the human resources office at the north Greeley plant.

An encouraging bit of anti-dhimmitude, right?

The tipping point from detached observer to extremist ideologue took place at a church dance in Greeley when, as Qtub recalled in “The America I Saw,” the pastor dimmed the lights and put on the come-hither number “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” a hit tune from the MGM movie “Neptune’s Daughter” — a guy, girl and bathing suit lemon — with Esther Williams and Ricardo Montalban.

“The room,” Qtub wrote “became a confusion of feet and legs; arms twisted around hips; lips met lips; chests pressed together,” That was the scene that turned him off American culture in particular and Western culture in general — and onto Islamic fundamentalism.

Fallaci Exhibit At Nobel Peace Center

Nobel Peace Center opens controversial Fallaci exhibition

An exhibition dedicated to the late Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci, known in her later years for a fiercely anti-Islamic stance, has gone on display at Nobel Peace Center exhibition hall in Norway's capital city of Oslo.

The exhibition includes an article by Fallaci titled "Islam as an Enemy," while movies screened within the exhibition hall portray Islam as a dangerous religion. The exhibition, in which the Quran is defined by Fallaci as "the most dangerous book ever written," drew immediate reaction from Muslim visitors.

Nobel Peace Center Director Bente Erichsen spoke to the Cihan news agency and explained that the exhibition had been held within the scope of freedom of expression. Erichsen said they welcome everybody's ideas and added: "We have hosted the ideas of many people, whether we liked their ideas or not, in our exhibition hall. This is the realization of our perception of freedom of expression."

Fallaci generated great controversy in the Islamic world when she wrote an article about Islam in the wake of the Sept. 11 attacks. Erichsen noted freedom of expression was letting people say whatever they want to say and added, "We need to give this opportunity to Italian journalist Fallaci, too, even if we do not like her ideas."

Fallaci died on Sept. 15, 2006 at the age of 77. The Italian journalist was famed for her interviews and war reports but became notorious in later life for her Islamophobia. At the time of her death she faced trial in her native Italy on charges of vilifying Islam.
