To hand over OBL without evidence or a trial would completely contrary to the rule of law and no country on Earth would do it. It would be the same as France handing over General George S. Patton to the Japanese without evidence of a crime.
Video tapes, apparently, don't count.
It appears as though the Taliban might be just what they claimed to be genuine religious Muslims of very high integrity that posed no threat to the U.S.
