In pamphlets distributed in various parts of the Gaza Strip, the group also claimed responsibility for attacks on 12 Internet cafes over the past few days.
The warning was directed primarily against female students in a number of universities and colleges who do not cover their heads in line with Islamic tradition.
The group said its followers last week threw acid at the face of a young woman who was dressed "immodestly" in the center of Gaza City. They also destroyed a car belonging to a young man who was playing his radio tape too loudly.
Addressing female students, the group said: "We will have no mercy on any woman who violates the traditions of Islam and who also hang out in Internet cafes."
Whats really scary is that they are physically in the 21st century ("those who hang out in Internet Cafes") and mentally in the 7th century AD. But perhaps even this behaviour would have been too cruel for Mohammed? Mohammed certainly did have quite a propensity for cruelty, though generally I believe women were spared (I say spared loosely, they would be made concubines or slaves), unless they were accused of committing adultery, whereup on their brains would be squished out by large rocks and bearded monsters screaming God is Great.

In terms of the history of communism, this would be the purge of the Old Guard Bolsheviks in 1937 by Stalin....Soon the true face of Islam (submission) will be seen in all countries.
One small correction. They scream, "Allah is great."
Most of us don't believe Allah is the same as the guy we Jews and Christians call God, or G-d.
The other day, I was reading an article on the subject of religious freedom by a Catholic thinker. He made the statement that "there is no simple answer" to the question of whether there is religious freedom in Islamic states, and then he went on to enumerate the various states and their relative relationships with the Christians in their midst.
In not one single state could he actually make the statement that there was unfettered religious freedom. Yes, in this or that state there are Christians who have churhces, or whatever, but there were no states where Christians were allowed to share Christ with others, or build new churches, or any of the other things one would expect from an truly vibrant Christian community.
Even in Turkey (you know, the modern Islamic state) there are two guys on trial now for "insulting Islam."
My point is, the "freedoms" that do exist in Islamic countries do so at the whim of the people who are in control of the state that week. Whenever there is any change in government there is the question of which freedoms are going to be taken away.
There is no government (except Lebanon)where Christians are protected Constitutionally.
There is no Islamic government where freedom, of any sort, is a thing that be counted on.
Pastorius,

Exactly!
And look what's happening in Lebanon right now. Hezbollah has taken to the streets.
AOW,
Yep, and once Hizbollah takes over, the Christian population (which makes up approximately 1/3 of Lebanon's population) will disappear.
