I read the man's book, and it was one of the most concrete indictments against our government's 'Golden' Rules of Engagement that I've read. And to see him the way he is, even now, after that horror, well, that's part of what makes him a soldier. Bravo to Mr. Luttrell and all of those like him that carry this ountry like Atlas.
Yes, his book is excellent and documents our government's willingness to throw away American lives in order to pander to our enemies.
