Obama: "It Was Going To Be Very Difficult To Continue Our Membership, So Long As I Was Running For President"

Barack Obama does not care that Trinity United is a church filled with hateful messages, cheered on by hateful people. But, he does recognize the political reality that his affiliation with the Church will be hurtful to his campaign.

That is why he is resigning from the Church. There is no other reason.
