Has it been 30 years? Am I that old already? I was there in 1979, in Tehran, when the black mob took over this beautiful country. It is no longer beautiful, but shows its ugly face, the face of Islam, every single day.

I'm sorry to hear you were there, but at least you can stand as a witness. I have friend who were also there. The stories they tell are frightening.

But seriously, it's hard to believe that thirty years have already gone by.
I can imagine that pre-revolutionary Iran would have been a beautiful country to visit; and the Iranians could have had such better lives for themselves had they not succumbed to the insanity of the "Islamic revolution".
Thirty years we've been at war. Except our leaders won't recognize that.

Yes, indeed! Thirty long years! And the way things are going, thirty more long years will pass before anything is recognized. Then it will probably be too late to do anything about it anyway.
