Norman Mattoon Thomas (Nov. 20, 1884-Dec. 19, 1968) - some of us are old enough to remember him running for President - was a leading American socialist, pacifist and six time presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America.
Norman Thomas said this in a 1944 speech:
"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of "Liberalism", they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened." He went on to say: "I no longer need to run as a Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democratic Party has adopted our platform."

The so called 'socialist' parties, one in particular, is not even SOCIALIST anymore,
hasn't been for several years now, in fact, I wouldn't even call them 'communist' if you want to compare Marxist communism [where Workers own the means of production, not the STATE]-- no, more like,
Neo-Nazi-merged with Stalinists who are very much in support-tolerance of Islam and Pedophilia and the Worsts pieces of misogynist shit out there.
They'll hand over their own daughters without a tear, and That is NO UNDERSTATEMENT.
They are WORSE than the CPUSA and the RCP. [communist party usa and the revolutionary communist party]
At least the latter two, while on so much I totally disagree STRONGLY with, they at least have Some remnant of anti-opiate ideology,
not the Socialists however, they are so in love and in bed with Islam, several of the leaders have Converted to Islam. They LOVE the fact that in Islam they can rape and molest children with total impunity, [one man in particular that I know of] OR,

The are the most UNDEMOCRATIC LOT OF SHIT that you could ever find,
in fact, the Right wing Fundamentalists are in many ways far more Liberal, than the Socialist Party. There was a huge split, the anarcho-communists were literally run OUT of the party, the anarchists were run out, any who were against anti-semitism were run out, any who still believed in Democracy and Democratic votes were run out,
while the despots too over. The Democratic Socialist Party, claims to be more democratic and anti-Leninist, etc., but they are in a lot of ways just as bad, especially with their cultural relativism and their complete Willful ignorance of the dangers of allying with Islamists.
But contrary to what many think, the parties are not separate entities as much as they like all to think they are,
there are members who work with the other parties that are more Vanguardish, more totalitarian and even more die hard set on destroying Any idea or law of freedom or human rights.
Yes, they use Liberalism, they use liberal ideas to lure naive young people into the party who see the injustices of our system, then they drill, drill, drill the propaganda, [the new left propaganda, if you bring up Lenin, for example, or Trotsky's slam against Stalinism or his betrayals to the anarchists in Spain during Franco, the party leaders and wanna be demigods in the party will accuse you of being a revisionist or some garbage, just depending on the moron who spews it...the end is the same, remove you and your voice/The Truth from being heard, they take ONLY what they can use from Lenin, Mao, Trotsky, etc., to their advantage, they twist the rest, its just unreal and the majority of them have no understanding of Marxism or even Leninism for that matter...as far as theory goes.
and dare if any balk or question, then its the 'you have to stay true to the Party Platform' , which is changed when it is no longer Necessary to use certain liberal ideas,
and about two years before the Presidential race, they took off in full speed, one day it was a liberal or in appearance liberal pro-woman/pro-GLBT rights party, the next,
it was a Neo-Nazi Sharia Socialist Caliphate type of party with every sort of neo-Nazi ideology out there, in leadership of the party.
All the liberalism went out the window, but here's what you also need to know,
while they are a small party, they are not working alone,
they have influence over mainstream feminist groups [one in particular and the Biatch who runs that website is neo-Nazi as hell, though she denies it but she is and I wouldn't be surprised one bit if she herself isn't in bed with the Islamists],
and they pulled forces with another party in CA, and accusations of infiltration by the SWP [socialist worker's party] had been going on for a while--it could possibly be true, many who walked off from the party said that was what happened.
All I know is, they are bourgeoisie filth who are so gung ho on protecting Child porn, on protecting porn that was Obvious was made from trafficked girls/women, were gung ho on protecting pedophilia [one case a former Communist leader in the US, whose daughter wrote memoirs how he raped her repeatedly, the SP said, many of them, that big deal, he's dead and there are more important matters',
the bastards, I hate them. IF liberals only KNEW, if leftists only KNEW how they are being lead around the nose and being sold out to serfdom and slavery, but they have no idea or don't CARE to know.
They are also very strong supporters of the Dutch Socialist Party who, is of course in bed with the worst scum out there.
But I have to thank them for one thing, it was their laughter at woman being raped, their laughter and one woman [the bitch and I'll never forget her] who said, children like to be molested, etc., and dealing with their support of Sharia and hearing their constant daily anti-Semitism that woke me the hell up,
not just that party but a few others and I did confront them, very vocally and I wasn't the only one.
I'm on their shit list but you know, I don't care,
I will expose their lying garbage to the world because they are NOT going to deliver Anyone from poverty OR deliver on their promises,
what they Will do, is they will sell out people to the worst form of slavery, women to 6th century sub human status, while they bask in their power and WEALTH.
And what is so ironic, though I don't concur with all of Lenin in no way, but looking at Just the theories,
Lenin HATED these kinds of socialists, for good reason. Contrary to what many think, they are not opposed to capitalism,
they are just opposed to YOU having free market, not them. And they prove this with one main thing,
they do all in their power to strip Workers of their rights to ownership not only of their labor,
but of their intellectual freedom, of their freedom to create/start small business, to earn income or to feed their families.
These socialists won't be happy until we are all in chains, yoked at the neck to them, stripped of all autonomy and human power with them as GOD.
And of course, what better way to do this than to reject all that Marx said about how the opiates are used to terrorize, and to embrace and utilize the worst OPIATE the world has ever known,
Islam. To do their work in forcing humans into submission.
But dare try to expose them from the Right and the majority of liberals, especially young will say, oh thats just neo-con logic and immediately they'll reject the lessons of truth,
but dare a leftist/former leftist USING the left ideology expose these sorry bastards,
and they do all in their power to silence that person.
Believe me, I know...but Eventually, people will see the truth about them, I just hope it isn't too late.
