Lest We Not Forget

A Happy Ostara to You Crazy infidels

After months of the Winter stillness a miracle occurs and the Earth begins to dance again. Deep down inside each of us stirs an uncontrollable desire to take part in this whimsical dance. We long to be outside and feel the warmth and light through the depths of our being.
Spring has delivered the message of hope generation after generation, after seeming death comes rebirth. Each year spring brings into our lives the sheer delight of rebirth and rediscovery. Both young and old look at the world through childlike eyes hoping not to miss the blessings in this turn of the wheel.

Enjoy!

Beautiful artwork, Shiva! Spring is just arriving here in the northeastern US and I am on the lookout for crocuses and tulips and other signs of all the life and color we will have around here in about another month.

Yes it is Beautiful

Art, is what sets us apart from the moslems, and this is what makes this war more important.

It is just as important that we also fight to preserve many of the old pagan traditons, as so many celebrate, the sources of our survival.

I'd say we don't have seasons in Souther California, but I have Wisteria blooming outside my window that tell me it is spring, and in a few weeks, the Jacaranda Trees are going to turn into a purple canopy that is stunning to behold.
