Click on the title above to get the whole story at Gateway Pundit:

9-11 terrorist attorney Scott Fenstermaker said that the 9-11 terrorists will put the US foreign policy on trial. He refused to say that innocent civilians were murdered on September 11th by the Al-Qaeda killers. He also said he will be pleased if the terrorists are released and the rule of law is followed.

Bill O’Reilly let him have it:

fenstermaker, hmmmm.
fenster= noun Geology. an erosional break in an overthrust rock sheet, exposing the rocks that underlie the sheet.

Jihadis are overplaying their hand. We'll see who gets exposed for the rot they are.

Unusually good work from O'Reilly. What kind of slimeball dickers over whether exactly 3,000 people were killed or not?

Everyone who can make it to the 9/11 Never Forget Rally in Foley Square. New Yorkers didn't want to be reminded of That Day but now it is unavoidable and they must get their heads out of the asphalt and what sort of monsters are running this show trial. In that location on a Saturday we can get an absolutely enormous crowd and that is what's needed now and as often as it takes.

Pastorius,

How can anyone who is not a Jihadist or at least a hate fulled lunatic think that nine eleven was not a mass murder?

Pastorius said...

I can hear the guys lawyers wheels spinning as he tries to think of every weasel way out of discussing the truth.

There is a sense in which what this guy says and does is right, but the thing is, he volunteered to represent these lunatics, and we already know what tact he is going to take.

If he didn't want to talk he should not have gone on TV.

Vanity, vanity, all is vanity.

Thanks to Anonymous for pointing out the meaning of the man's name.

The man shows us the roiling, festering scum of hell.

Anonymous,
While I do not like Fenstermaker either, I can not allow that here. I had to delete your comment.

I wonder if KSM got his lawyer from the National Lawyers Guild, the Center for Constitutional Rights or even the ACLU. They seem sympathetic to his cause either way.
