All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
The first time I heard Green River, I was drinking beer in East Palentine Ohio at a place called Pappy's Bar and it was on the juke box. This video never came to mind as I listened to it drinking 3.2 beer at 15 with a fake draft card in 1967. I pictured a green river, crawdads and other natural stuff unrelated to scantily dressed women.
Like AOW, There isn't a single CCR song I don't like and that is incredible. I don't like center field but that wasn't CCR, it was John Fogerty. Amazing. There isn't another artist or band that I even come close to liking everything they put out.
