All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

Obama's Fundraising And RICO
Obama Fundraising May Have Violated RICORead the rest HERE.
AFL-CIO Attorney: “It is legally impossible to conduct a nationwide raffle”
by Bill Levinson
We recently sent a complaint to the Federal Election Commission with regard to the “Dinner with Barack” fundraising promotions of 2007 and 2008. The Center for Competitive Politics quoted AFSCME (part of AFL-CIO) associate general counsel Jessica Robinson on the use of raffles to raise money for political campaigns.
Ms. Robinson says unequivocally that it is impossible to legally conduct a nationwide raffle and furthermore that doing so violates the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) statute. Racketeering includes systematic violations of any state’s gambling laws.. This means there is excellent cause to remove Barack Obama from office without an extensive foray into the Twilight Zone to find his birth certificate. If Obama for America broke the law by running an illegal Internet gambling operation, and Minnesota law enforcement is on record as saying that it did, that is cause for impeachment. Here is what Ms. Robinson has to say in her own words...
Not that I expect anything will come from trying to hold Obama to the letter of the law. Those who support Obama will just brush off any violation of the law that he perpetrates.
That's where we are folks. We have as President of the United States a man who thinks he is above the law.

Obama Doesn't Get It About The Meaning Of November 2
I've seen a preview of the interview. Obama's pretended humility cannot cover up his blatant narcissism.
But, of course, CBS's Early Show this morning is heavily promoting the upcoming edition of 60 Minutes.
Kathleen Parker's recent essay in the Washington Post explains how pathetic Obama's analysis of Tuesday's election results is:
Blindsided by their own blindnessRead Ms. Parker's entire essay HERE. Worth your time.
Two words: Narrative, schmarrative.
Democrats have talked endlessly about the importance of narrative - missing in President Obama's case. We've heard over and over about the lack of smart messaging and the president's failure to communicate. If only Obama could better express himself, all would be well.
Seriously? This is the same president whose soaring rhetoric once sent his ratings into the heavenly realm and who, after assuming office, never stopped expressing himself.
For months, he was everywhere. Talking, talking, talking. Admit it. How many times did you flip on the tube and say, "Omigod, he's talking again"? Several Teleprompters had to take early retirement from sheer exhaustion.
Here's a narrative: You can't sell people what they don't want, no matter how mellifluous your pitch. This is the clear message of the midterm elections...
[...]
Obama didn't need to be a better communicator. He needed to be a better listener. End of story.
I'll watch Sunday's edition of 60 Minutes. Provided that I'm fortified with eggnog and brandy, that is.
Some music for when Obama is on the television screen:

The Scolder In Chief Role Is Backfiring
High-profile liberals say President Obama's attempts to badger Democrats into voting will not work this November. As I said at WZ: But he’s incapable of any other action or attitude — he’s that full of himself. And he gets ugly when he thinks he’s going to lose.
Jane Hamsher, founder of the blog FireDogLake.com, told The Hill in an email Friday that the strategy being employed by the White House as polls show a Republican landslide looming is the wrong way to go.
“Hectoring your supporters doesn't work, and it never has,” Hamsher said. “And anyone with as much campaign experience as Obama and [Vice President] Biden knows that, which is why you never saw them do it in their own races.”
Obama and Biden have in recent weeks repeatedly pressed the voters who propelled them into office in 2008 to get off the sidelines, with Biden going as far as to jokingly, but repeatedly, insult those voters at his rallies....
Here's to hoping that BHO's scoldings keep absent from the voting booth those who vote for the Democratic Party.

A Second American Revolution?
Will Washington's Failures Lead To Second American Revolution?Read the whole depressing article.
The Internet is a large-scale version of the "Committees of Correspondence" that led to the first American Revolution — and with Washington's failings now so obvious and awful, it may lead to another.
[...]
Opinion polls suggest that in the November mid-term elections, voters will replace the present Democratic majority in Congress with opposition Republicans — but that will not necessarily stop Obama.
A President Obama intent on achieving his transformative goals despite the disagreement of the American people has powerful weapons within reach. In one hand, he will have a veto pen to stop a new Republican Congress from repealing ObamaCare and the Dodd-Frank takeover of banks.
In the other, he will have a fistful of executive orders, regulations and Obama-made fiats that have the force of law.
[...]
A wounded rampaging president can do much damage — and, like Caesar, the evil he does will live long after he leaves office, whenever that may be.
The overgrown, un-pruned power of the presidency to reward, punish and intimidate may now be so overwhelming that his re-election in 2012 is already assured — Chicago-style.
If the first paragraph's assessment about the Internet is correct, Obama will have to shut us up.
But here's what really gets to me....Even if the Internet isn't shut up, BHO has a lot of damage he can wreak - never mind that we're typing our fingers off in protest.

Obama Losing His Box Office Appeal
Pres. Obama is the best fundraiser the Dem Party has, but his drawing power is way down from its peak during the '08 campaign.National Review points out:
Obama is heading to MO and NV today to raise money for Sec/State Robin Carnahan (D), running for an open Senate seat, and Senate Maj. Leader Harry Reid.
But Carnahan's campaign wasn't able to completely sell out the Folly Theater, where Obama will appear for a grassroots event on Carnahan's behalf, at the prices they wanted. Tickets once priced at $250 are now going for $99, while $35 tickets are half off.
...Let’s be fair; it’s only natural to charge half price when Obama’s job approval is roughly half what it once was.Republicans are chuckling over BHO's drop in appeal. Dr. Jack Wheeler, however, warns of an October surprise:
Also note the name, “Folly Theater.” The Foolishness Arena was booked, apparently.
...I have lost count now of the number of predictions being made of a GOP "tsunami" in November. Serious political analysts, soberly and without hyperbole, are saying that Dem losses in the House, Senate, Governor's mansions, et al, are likely to be of "historic" proportions.Read the rest HERE.
And every one of them unfailingly comes with a caveat, something along the lines of, "barring some huge unexpected disaster for the GOP." Now, if you were Rahm Emanuel, what would that caveat cause you to think about?...
Many of us who oppose the present administration's policies are banking on November 2010 to turn things around. But is the GOP up to that challenge? And what could that "October surprise" be?

Kesha Rogers: A Black Democrat Who Doesn't Fit The Obama Narrative
According to Big Government, Kesha Rogers is running for a seat on Capital Hill by using the poster pictured left.Read about Kesha Rogers HERE. Note the following:
[J]oin with the majority of the population, which stands in opposition to the present course taken by the President, and reaffirm our Democratic Party tradition; or continue the course imposed by the British Empire, and embraced by the present administration, which bails out speculators, rewards corrupt bankers, insurance companies, and BP, but turns its back on the tens of millions of Americans in despair, due to the breakdown of the economy and our financial system. And this:
The urgency of forcing Barack Obama’s early resignationThere is much to disagree with Kesha Rogers on, of course. Still, it is interesting to note her lack of support for Obama.

Gerry Connolly Speaks The Truth. For Once.
"Let me get this straight: If you think I can't win, you're not going to spend political capital on me, even though I spill buckets of blood for you?" Connolly said. "The White House can't be [keeping] distance from people who have walked the plank for them, even when they might lose. Loyalty matters in this business.Occasionally, U.S. Representative Gerry Connolly does manage to utter the truth. He stated the above, directed at BHO, about BHO's needing to step up and help Democratic candidates in the November 2010 elections.
What Connolly doesn't seem to realize: BHO has become political poison. Endangered Democratic Party candidates this fall are going to go down in flames.

"Obama Hangover"
As he is quick to point out, President Obama is presiding over two wars, a sour economy, and an epic fight to rebuild the nation’s health care system.Virginia's off-year election is Tuesday, November 3. According to the Washington Post:
Now he has tacked on state and local political races. With an off-year election fast approaching, Obama is stepping up his commitment to Democratic candidates in hopes that an infusion of campaign charisma might pump up turnout.
What the party is finding, though, is that the electricity of 2008 is tough to recapture. Some Democratic candidates running for local office around the country call the phenomenon the “Obama Hangover.’’ It is proving tougher to recruit volunteers and get people to vote.
[...]
Obama is trying to inspire voters with the “fired up; ready to go’’ fervor that made last year’s race riveting political theater.
But Democratic candidates are hard pressed to scratch out victories this year in the New Jersey and Virginia governor’s races, and in a congressional race in upstate New York’s 23d District.
[...]
Worse for the Democrats, if any one constituency is energized this season it’s conservatives, who are angry about rising deficits, some pollsters said.
“There’s real anger on the right, and that anger isn’t matched by enthusiasm on the left,’’ said Dean Debnam, president of Public Policy Polling. “So the emotion is on the side of the far right.’’
A clean sweep by Democrats looks unattainable....
A year ago, the sidewalk would have been full of volunteers ready to fan out into the neighborhoods with satchels full of campaign fliers. But on Saturday morning, it was just Tiffany Quivers, standing in front of a Fairfax County strip mall in a "Seize the Day" T-shirt, getting a last-minute primer about the Democrats on the Nov. 3 ballot. In fact, BHO has become a liability for Creigh Deeds, the Democratic Party's candidate for governor of Virginia:
[Creigh Deeds, the Democratic candidate for Virginia governor] has lagged in the polls since summer, especially among the independents who have been key to recent Democratic successes in Virginia. The campaign now sees its hope in rallying the core, liberal Democratic activists who have so far been uninspired by his candidacy and the broad coalition of minorities, young people and less-engaged voters who led Virginia to support Barack Obama after four decades of backing Republican presidential candidates....
Deeds kept the president at a distance over the summer as the moderate and rural voters who have made up his base grew uncomfortable with Obama's domestic agenda.Nonetheless, BHO will be campaigning for Deeds on Tuesday, October 27. The kiss of death for the campaign of Creigh Deeds? Very, very possibly.
The Democratic Party may well taste defeat here in Virginia.
And as Virginia goes in this off-year election, so typically goes the mid-term Congressional elections the following year.
If the Democrats do lose in Virginia, watch for a big temper tantrum from BHO.

Howard Stern Exposes Why So Many People Support Obama
Hat tip to Noel Sheppard at NewsBusters:
Although I imagine most conservatives aren't fans of radio shock jock Howard Stern, the following must-see video (must-hear audio, actually) exposes the dirty little secret about why so many folks are supporting Barack Obama (hint -- it has NOTHING to do with his policy positions.Yup- a lot of these people vote.
Frankly, Stern could have sent folks out to most newsrooms in America and gotten the same responses!
And-- some of them are given mortgages, as well, which could possibly result in a lot of problems I would imagine.
Related video, below-- Obama supporter: "I won't have to worry about putting gas in my car. I won't have to worry about paying my mortgage. You know, if I help him, he's gonna help me":

PART II. Barack Obama and the Black Chicago Alliance; a Final Warning from an African American

In my original “Dire Warning” article, I told of my concern about Obama’s relationship with Bill Ayers.
In this, “Final Warning”, I’m going to give a view into, and a warning about the relationship that exists between Obama, Rev Jeremiah Wright, and leader of the Nation of Islam, Minister Louis Farrakhan, and define the entire Chicago alliance and its connection to Barack Obama.
In part one I told of my experience, as teenager growing up in the black inner city neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn (a borough of NYC).
As I mentioned, at that time, I was fully indoctrinated, sold on, and a firm believer in the black nationalist/black liberation movement. The Black Panthers were like young gods to me, with their ultra cool black berets and black leather jackets. (Read it all)

Confused? I am.
Why don't they know what we know about his dubious connections with the Kenyan opposition, the church, and his very Muslim background? That's because they are either stupid, or not into the blogosphere or they are all part of the media conspiracy - is there one? - to keep quiet.
My theory - knowing nothing about American politics - is that the Republicans would welcome Obama as the Democratic nomination. Once that happens then there will be an explosion of revelations. They are just keeping their powder dry. And then, what with the dirty advertising that happens at these times, then surely, surely he'll be wasted. I hope.
In the meantime the excellent Robert Spencer has released a new vid about what the candidates have said on the Islamic threat to western society. It seems that Mitt Romney is the only one that has a grasp of the problem OR is prepared to speak about it. As for Obama and Clinton - oh just watch the video:
