Try the IRA. They are closer to France and have lotsa experience with arms smuggling and bomb making.
Great idea. They've got time on their hands right now.
What's creepy is that if you ask most American tourists if they see this stuff going on while they are over there, you get a blank look. It would seem the French have been doing pretty well at keeping it away from the tourist traps. Wonder how long they can keep that up.
Btw, I just got hold of an article from the February Soldier of Fortune about this. I'll post excerpts soon as I'm done reading it.
