What's With This Guy?

OK, I give up. Everyone knows I can't Photoshop worth a damn, but after that beheading story I had to give this guy some work. Enjoy either the humor of what I did or how poorly I did it. He needed some work though, don't you guys think? I need to work on some more signs.
