News from Germany:
This is from the weblog named Iranian Campaign against NPD, which is, as its name does not suggest, in Farsi and German language only. It was set up by a group of Iranian students in Germany and Iran who are protesting against the announced public "solidarity campaigns" of the extremist rightwing party NPD (Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands / Nationaldemocratic Party of Germany) for the Iranian team at the impending FIFA World Cup in Germany. I found it important enough to translate and publish to my English speaking audience.
To read the open letters to the NPD representatives and the Iranian ambassador in Germany go to my blog.
It ought not to be forgotten, and certainly neither by those Germans from the Left who are taking advantage of the NPD action by staging a cheap but politically correct protest and even more not by those who are gushingly celebrating the achievements of the Iranian society that writing such a letter may make the signees end up swinging at the top of a crane.

Thanks for this great post/translation, Editrix.
But, let's see if I have this straight. Iranians, who elected a holocaust-denying, Jew-hating leader, are now asserting that they don't want the support of Neo-Nazis?
Is this just a PR campaign?
I think they are genuine. You see, it's such a hopeless and amateurish effort... Every totalitarian country has its opposition, why not the Iranians?
