Saudis Blame Israel

From this source, on July 19, 2006:
"Amid a campaign for Arabs' hearts and minds over the fighting in Lebanon and Israel, the government of Saudi Arabia has made it clear that it holds Israel responsible for the conflict.

"Earlier Saudi criticism of Hizballah's 'adventurism' -- a position viewed by U.S. officials as highly significant -- appears to have given way to the customary Arab stance of blaming Israel and accusing the international community of abandoning the Arabs...."

It's high time already that buying oil were done elsewhere. The House of Saud needs to be declared an outlaw terrorist country already, and sanctions need to be imposed upon them until they quit with their dictatorialism and human rights abuses.

And the day on which Saudi runs out of oil to see to the West, the Saudis will turn. So I was told on 9/12/01 by a colleague from the Middle East.

If I understand correctly, Saudi has enough oil for the next 10-20 years. After that?

I think you understand incorrectly. There will be a decrease in production (a peak) of Saudi crude in 10 to 20 years, but they will have sufficient oil to continue to be a major exporter for another 30 to 40 years after that.

There are hybrid cars, cars running on ethanol, and I believe there is increased investment in hydrogen fuel cells.
