Allah's Place In The Theological Cosmos

Some interesting, and I believe, profound ruminations on the philosophical and theological implications of the Koran. From Rebecca Bynum, at the New English Review (with thanks to Najistani):

"Allah does not respect the free will of man, in fact, human free will is illusory at best.By this logic, all three thousand people who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 as a result of jihad action would have died at that hour regardless.

And furthermore, because Allah did not intervene, it was Allah’s will that it happened. The jihadis who perpetrated this act, were only puppets on a stage, obeying the will of Allah according to a pre-written script. They did not cause all those deaths and all that destruction; rather, according to Islamic logic, Allah caused it as punishment for our sins, the sins of America as a collective entity.

This further reduces to: everything that occurs in the reality of the material world we live in is a direct result of Allahâ's will. Human will is but an instrument of the will of Allah and therefore does not have an independent existence in the overall trend of Islamic thought. "

.....

"I contend this is the equivalent to asserting not that everything is God's will, but rather that nothing is God's will, or even that there is no God, because there is no distinction between what is and what is not God's will in the reality of the material world: the good and the evil deeds of man are both equally and ultimately the result of the will of God.

In this view, as the Pope pointed out, God's purpose is so transcendent as to be unknowable, which is to say, God is unknowable to the individual. And again there is no practical difference between that and the assertion that God does not exist, for His will, and therefore God himself, according to Islam, cannot be known.

This is equivalent to saying that the difference between good and evil cannot be known, and this is so regardless of the existence of a list of accepted and prohibited actions put forth as God's will by Islam on the basis of Muhammad's example as the ultimate arbiter between truth and error.

Goodness and Truth do not have an independent existence in Islam; they are entirely dependent on the Islamic creed.""Furthermore, according to Winston Churchill, the Muslim belief in predestination engenders a fearful, fatalistic apathy which paralyses the social development of those who follow it, for Allahs will is fixed in a one-size-fits-all pattern and is not unique to the individual believer.

The individual's relationship to Allah is bound completely by the believer's obedience to Islam.

Therefore, believers in Islam are actually barred from the greatest adventure known to man, that of finding God (goodness, truth and beauty) as an individual experiential reality.

This is so because Allah's will is so transcendent as to be incomprehensible. Thus the testing of the believer is reduced to a test of conformity to the creed rather than a testing of the ability to discover what is right and true uniquely for himself.

This is equivalent to Allah is Dead.

The most heinous acts, collective and individual, can be rationalized as Allah's will and this of course is a prescription for social chaos."

...

"Indeed, if morality is not conceived and actuated as being an individual matter, must it not at some point become coercive and cruel? And what could be conceived of as more cruel than the removal of an individual's God-given freedom? Under Islam, the removal of that freedom is so complete as to deny it exists at all."

"The unspoken assertion here is that the divine will can be known, that good and evil can be distinguished by reason, and that God can be approached through the mind by our decisions first to know good and to then be good.

In Islam, on the contrary, the bridge to God through the reasoning mind is cut. Allah demands unquestioning obedience and total sacrifice, including the sacrifice of the ability to know good from evil as an individual, private matter, for the will of Allah is not a personal experience.

The Islamic system has totally usurped the place of the living God for the believer: worship and obedience are one."

"And reason cannot compromise with unreason without destroying the basis for its existence. By the same token, unreason cannot become reasonable without destroying itself as well. There is simply no way the hoped-for reform of Islam by way of reason would not end in Islam's ultimate destruction, but this is not an outcome to be feared. It should be welcomed"

Read the whole thing.

I don't know that I agree with that last paragraph. It seems clear to me, but then I do not know Hebrew, that the Bible calls for the stoning of apostates, adulterers, and homosexuals (and yet, Christians and Jews have moved past that barbaristic idea).

There are three basic things I object to in Islam:

1) the death sentence for apostates, adulterers, and homosexuals,

2) the subjugation of women (women are worth half that of men, they must wear the burqa, or the hijab,

and

3) the waging of violent Jihad against Infidels and Jews.

If Muslims could find their way past these ideas, then I would have no problem with Islam.

Problem is, I agree with Rebecca Bynum that this will require the intervention of human will and intelligence.

The reality is, there is a mechanism within Islam for such human will and intelligence to intervene. It is called itJihad. This is a process of reasoning through the Koran, and understanding how it applies in the individual, and daily cirumstances with which we are faced.

This is very similar to the Talmudic process, which I believe, cleansed Judaism of its earlier barbarism.

Believe it or not, those words were just written by a person who is actually a believer in, not only, God, but in the Bible as the Word of God.

Here's how I think of it:

When God speaks Truth to mankind, He must necessarily speak in Words which mankind can understand. God may want mankind to come to a new understanding, but that will not happen without human decision (will).

When humans come to a realization, it is a matter of their will. They make a decision to follow a new course of thought or action.

When human beings make a decision to follow a new course of thought or action, they have created a paradigm shift, which ripples out across the waters of the world.

In other words, new ideas, quite literally, change the world.

When the world is changed, then God can speak to the world in a new way, in a new language, in a new paradigm.

And then, mankind must go through the process, all over again, of coming to assimilate and understand the new paradigm to which God is leading us.

But, it must be by our will, not His; because He has granted us Free Will.

There you go, my friends. Those are the thoughts of Pastorius the Profound.

UK: A Real Surprise In The Media

Britain's Channel 4 (the same people who aired the "Undercover Mosque" documentary) have been accused of Islamophobia, and racism. Surprise! Surprise! Right.

Well, here is the surprise: In response, they have made their position very, very clear; THEY DO NOT INTEND TO GIVE UP!

Good on them (Thanks to Najistani):

The Channel 4 deputy head of news and current affairs, Kevin Sutcliffe, today dismissed accusations of Islamophobia in the broadcaster's programming, stating that it would remain "fearless" in its coverage.

Mr Sutcliffe, one of five panelists involved at a sometimes heated session at the MediaGuardian Edinburgh international television festival about the portrayal of Islam in the media, said critics would be "hard pressed to point to Islamophobia" in Channel 4's programming.

"We have a rounded view and approach to this issue ... we are quite fearless about what we want to say and when we want to say it," he added. In response to the Crown Prosecution Service criticism that the controversial Dispatches documentary Undercover Mosque had "distorted" the views of those filmed, Mr Sutcliffe said it was a "phoney argument".

Inayat Bunglawala, assistant secretary-general of the Muslim Council of Britain, agreed that following events such as 9/11 and the bombings in Madrid and London it was "inevitable" there would be an "increased scrutiny of Muslim organisations and mosques".

However, he said that he was "entitled to ask if it is fair". He then stated that Muslims and Islam "does not have a level playing field in the media in this country". Mr Bunglawala expressed concern over "authored documentaries" in which "journalists have an axe to grind". He cited a Panorama documentary by John Ware as an example.

Maryam Namazie, spokesperson of the Council of ex-Muslims of Britain, strongly disagreed, arguing that the UK media was too soft in its coverage of Islam. "Media doesn't cover the realities of Islam at all, it is very soft," she said. She added that the political Islamist movement in Britain and Europe had engineered a "victim status", whereby criticism of Islam was being equated to racism against Muslims. "Criticising a belief is not racism, it is not the case that that Muslims are being vilified," Ms Namazie said.

Oh, and while we're at it, here's the Undercover Mosque documentary. (You can't post this thing too many times.)

Islam in Sweden

The number of ghettos (a phenomenon that until recently was unheard of in wealthy and egalitarian Scandinavian nations) has been increasing explosively. 14 years ago, there were only 3 such areas in all of Sweden. Today, there are 136. "Ghettos" are here defined as areas where fewer than 60% of the adult population are working, where few people vote and where school results are significantly below national minimum requirements. Integration spokesman for Folkpartiet, Mauricio Roias, is afraid that if nothing is done about the situation, these quarters will "break loose", and that "people might get shot"
What Roias isn't saying is that people ALREADY "get shot", and stabbed, and mugged, and raped and get stones thrown at them in Sweden's suburbs. The latest fad right now seems to be putting fire to schools, as quite a few school buildings have burnt down from suspected arson recently.

Storm Track Appeasement: Media Dhimmitude and a Media Surprise

There was no manger? Christ is not the Messiah? The crucifixion never happened? That’s what a forthcoming ITV documentary will portray Jesus as Muslims see him.

The one-hour special, commissioned and narrated by Melvyn Bragg, is thought to be the first time the subject has been dealt with on British television. Lord Bragg said: "I was fascinated by the idea ... Jesus was such a prominent figure in Islam but most people don't know that."

He denies the programme will divide communities. Raised as an Anglican, he describes the documentary as thoughtful and well researched. "I hope it will provoke among Muslims the feeling they are included in television."

Really. I thought Muslims were getting quite a bit of airtime lately.

Iran - US Organizing Terror

Iran's intelligence minister charges U.S. organizing 'terrorist' acts

Whether or not this is true, I hope THEY believe this stuff

NICOSIA -- GERTZ— Iran officials said unidentified insurgents intended to attack an Iranian province along the border with Iraq. They said Iranian authorities captured the plotters.

"Iranian intelligence agents, in their latest operation, have prevented a terrorist act by an anti-revolutionary group," Iranian Intelligence Minister Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejeie said. "They were aiming to carry out a terrorist act in the south of the Khuzestan province, but were arrested before conducting any action."

Officials said the intelligence community has assessed that Iran would continue to be targeted by Western-supported insurgents.

They said the United States has been organizing Sunni and Kurdish operatives to attack strategic sites in Iran.

Is this the excuse for the leaflets dropped this week? Of course THEY dismissed

In 2005 and 2006, Kurds and Arabs revolted in oil-rich Khuzestan. At the time, Iran said Britain was supporting and encouraging attacks in the provincial capital of Ahvaz.

A mirror of the Eastern Province of KSA, eh, where Shia predominate and have been oppressed for centuries? We all know how all that works out in the end.

On Aug. 7, Ejeie said Iranian intelligence has been monitoring insurgency plots financed by the West. He said the United States, particularly Vice President Richard Cheney, was organizing the Iranian opposition.

Reported before, CONFIRMED. Russian Pantsyr for Syria, ordered by Iran

Previously mentioned

Denied, semi admitted, now DELIVERED

GERTZ -MOSCOW — Russia is delivering an advanced surface-to-air missile system to Syria.

Officials said the state-owned arms export agency, Rosoboronexport, has been exporting the Pantsyr-S1E air defense system to Syria. They said deliveries began in 2007 and would continue over the next year.

The Pantsyr deal was said to have been financed by Iran. Officials said Russia would export 50 Pantsyr systems to Damascus in a nearly $1 billion sale.

"The first part of the delivery to Syria has started," the Moscow-based Nezavissimaya Gazeta daily said on Aug. 17.

Nezavissimaya Gazeta quoted a state-owned military information agency that reported the delivery to Syria. Later, officials acknowledged that the first shipment of an unspecified number of Pantsyr-S1E had arrived in Syria.

In May 2007, the London-based Jane's Defence Weekly placed the number of Pantsyr systems allocated to Iran at 10. Russian sources said up to 14 air defense units would arrive in Iran.

Bolton: Hit Iran

Thanks to Atlas Shrugs.

As Pamela says:

Bolton: The Man Who Should Be President

I am sure the leftarded shrews on the left will convulse when they hear JB's latest "policy statement" on how the US must handle the fourth reich's acquistion of nuclear weaponry. But rational men ask - what choice do we have? I have no guilt about my desire to live, for the survival of my nation and for the West to prevail in the war on Islamic jihad.

Ambassador Bolton has consistently displayed a clear understanding of the gathering storm and the severity of deadly enemies we face.

Iranian proxy Syria is amassing forces near Golan
Iranian foreign legion Hizbullah is amassing on Israel's border
Iranian foreign legion Hamas is attacking Israel daily and rearming, preparing for war
Iran is clearly funding and supplying insurgents in Iraq - fomenting civil war and killing American soldiers.

CIA operative Bob Baer told Fox News that the Bush administration will likely attack Iran in the coming months. “Iran policy is on close hold, but the feeling is we will hit the Islamic Revolutionary Guard corps sometime next six months or so,” said Baer.

Yesterday, former U.N. ambassador John Bolton responded with the testicular fortitude we have come to respect, admire and revel in. While he couldn’t confirm Baer’s statements, he “absolutely” hoped they were true:

HEMMER: One final step here, too, that I want to take with you. You told one of our producers earlier today that you don’t know if it’s true — and you’ve made that clear in our interview here, that you don’t know what the odds are or are not against that — but you hope it’s true. Why do you hope it’s true?

BOLTON: Absolutely. I hope Iran understands that we are very serious, that we are determined they are not going to get a nuclear weapon capability, and unless they change the strategic decision they’ve been pursuing for close to 20 years, that that’s something they better factor into their calculations.

Transcript:

HEMMER: The Bush administration reportedly deciding to designate Iran’s Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization.

So, what does that mean, huh? Well, according to the former CIA operative Bob Baer, it means the U.S. could be gearing up to launch some sort of military strike on Iran. Bob Baer was here yesterday morning. Listen:

FORMER CIA OPERATIVE BOB BAER: Iran policy is on close hold, but the feeling is we will hit the Islamic Revolutionary Guard corps sometime next six months or so.

HEMMER: With such an — that would start another war. Is the administration up for this, Bob?

BAER: Well, it’s not exactly it’s a war. It’s what the administration is convinced of, is that the Iranians are interfering in Iraq and the rest of the Gulf.

HEMMER: Well, that certainly got our attention. So we asked John Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the U.N., for his take on that today.

Sir, good morning. Welcome back.

BOLTON: Good morning. Glad to be here.

HEMMER: Bob Baer says within six months his sources inform him that there will be a strike on Iran. Do you agree with that?

BOLTON: Well, I don’t think one can tell one way or the other. I don’t think there’s any doubt, based on the information we have, that Iran is interfering in Iraq and is posing a direct threat to our troops.

So I think if President Bush as commander in chief believes that information is accurate, he is fully entitled to take defensive measures, which could include going after the Revolutionary Guards inside Iran. […]

Yeah baby. And if the weak prevail and rational men shrug: What To Do if a Nuclear Disaster is Imminent

U.S. School Ordered To Halt Hebrew Classes

Meanwhile, in New York City, they are going ahead with plans to implement an all-Arabic school and curriculum. And, the curriculum is still a mystery. Hmm, I wonder why.

Thanks to Michael:

A charter school has been ordered to temporarily suspend Hebrew classes while officials try to determine whether teachers are advocating the Jewish faith.

Broward Schools Superintendent James Notter sent a letter to officials at the Ben Gamla Charter School in Hollywood on Wednesday advising them to halt Hebrew classes until the school board could further examine the curriculum.

"If it comes up in the course of conversation, that is one thing but if it comes to promoting religion or proselytizing, we don't want it to happen," said Keith Bromery, a spokesman for the Broward schools.

Ben Gamla is in its first week of operation as the country's first Hebrew-language charter school, but school founder Peter Deutsch, a former Democratic congressman, said he told teachers Thursday to halt the classes. He said he shared Notter's aim to ensure religion doesn't enter a publicly funded school.

"His goal and my goal are really exactly the same," Deutsch said.

The ban on Hebrew will extend at least until Sept. 11, when the board next meets. Until then, time that would have been spent on language instruction will be used teaching Israeli geography and Jewish history and culture.

Deutsch said he believes the school has every right to continue Hebrew classes, but decided to stop them to ease concerns. Both he and school board member Eleanor Sobel, in whose district Ben Gamla is located, have described their efforts as "bending over backwards" for one another.

Ben Gamla presented its curriculum to the board for a third time Tuesday, but Sobel said it still had religious overtones.

"We're going into the fourth round now and maybe that's what it takes to get it right," she said.
Ben Gamla, which has about 400 students in kindergarten through eighth grades, has generated controversy since it was proposed. Students follow state curriculum, but also were to take a Hebrew language course, and one of their core subjects - math or physical education, for example - was to be taught bilingually as well.

School officials ran into tough opposition at Broward County School Board meetings when proposing Hebrew textbooks that included passages criticized as being too religious. Even the Anti-Defamation League and the Jewish Federation of Broward County have expressed church-state separation issues.

Ben Gamla hopes to expand further in South Florida and to open schools in New York and Los Angeles. It takes its name from a Jewish high priest, serves kosher food, and its director is a rabbi. Without Hebrew classes, though, Deutsch said its most central component is missing.
"It is kind of crazy - the only Hebrew-English charter school in America doesn't teach Hebrew," he said.

Sounds like Mr. Ben Gamla has a good attitutde about cooperating with U.S. laws.

Unlike some other people.

Storm Track Infiltration: Malaysia’s Decent into Islamism

The political insurgence of up to now moderate Muslim nations goes pretty much unreported by the Western MSM and when those moderate Muslim countries are mentioned, they are painted in a positive light as shinning examples of Muslim living peacefully with other religious sects.

Malaysia is one such moderate Muslims nation that is feeling the sword of political jihad.

Over a drink of green coconut at what used to be called the Passionate Love Beach until his Islamist party came to power and scrapped the name, state minister Takiyuddin Hassan outlines the victories in the war on sin.

To the south, in Kuala Lumpur, the capital, celebrations are starting for Malaysia’s 50th year as an independent state. Its proud achievements are modern universities, a buoyant economy and a respected place in the world as a moderate Islamic nation.

Mr Hassan’s party boasts a different set of achievements: banning mini-skirts, chastising unmarried couples and renaming Kota Bharu’s favourite beauty spot. They also closed down nightclubs, banned nearly all bars except a few Chinese restaurants, where no Muslims are allowed, and refused to let a proposed cinema open unless there were separate sections for men and women.

Sharia law is creeping into this nation quietly and non-violently. The non-violent jihads are making good headway in Malaysia.

If I were single I'd stalk Caroline Glick until she married me

Like a nightmare that persists, night after night, the dream castle of those who think they can escape the dance is filled with Cole Porter's romantic lyricism, but just outside the moat...

Column One: The rise of the fantasists

Caroline Glick , THE JERUSALEM POST

As the cliché goes, "A conservative is a liberal whose been mugged by reality." Like most clichés, this one exposes a larger truth. Namely, people often base their views on their fantasies of how the world should be, rather than on the reality of how the world actually is.

Following this line, the September 11, 2001 attacks can be seen as a large-scale mugging. After the attacks, the same American people that had ignored the threat of totalitarian Islam since the Iranian revolution first categorized the US as the Great Satan back in 1979, acknowledged the danger and recognized it was at war. The overwhelming majority of Americans supported President George W. Bush when he said that the US would fight to destroy all global terror organizations and take down the regimes that sponsor them.

But even before the fires were put out in Lower Manhattan, voices from two quarters were already claiming that the US should stay in Dreamland. First, there were the radical leftists like Susan Sontag and Michael Moore who wrapped themselves in the banner of the human rights of the wretched of the Earth. They claimed that al-Qaida was simply giving Americans their comeuppance for dominating the world through McDonalds and Levis.

Next there were people like former presidents Carter and Bush's national security advisers Zbigniew Brzezinski and Brent Scowcroft, assorted university professors, and CIA analysts who wrapped themselves in the banner of realism. They claimed that American support for Israel is what brought the Islamic world to hate the country and kill thousands of its citizens by flying hijacked airplanes into buildings.

In both cases, the fantasists ignored completely Osama bin Laden's declarations that his goal is to conquer the world in the name of Islam. They disregarded the political and cultural milieus marked by inexhaustible envy towards the West and the US that gave rise to al-Qaida and its sister organizations. Rather than acknowledge the reality of real war with real enemies, both camps of fantasists argued that instead of slaying these twin dragons, the US should appease them by serving them Israel for lunch.

These voices were relegated to the margins of public debate until the lead up to the 2004 presidential elections. Ahead of those elections, backed by George Soros's financial muscle, the fantasists had an enormous impact of the debate in the Democratic Party. Politicians who until then had supported the war generally, and in Iraq particularly, clamored to decry it.

THIS WEEK, two leftist institutions - the Center for American Progress and Foreign Policy magazine - published a survey of conservative, moderate and liberal foreign policy experts. The results of the survey show clearly that while still a minority, the fantasists are far from marginal today.

Fourteen percent of those surveyed believe that Israel is the US's least helpful ally. While unfortunate, this is far from the survey's most troubling result.

NY Times is apparently sad that Iraqis can vote

In a galactically stupid, venal and venomous editorial this morning, the NY Times said this:

The problem is not Mr. Maliki’s narrow-mindedness or incompetence. He is the logical product of the system the United States created, one that deliberately empowered the long-persecuted Shiite majority and deliberately marginalized the long-dominant Sunni Arab minority.

If the NY Times can imagine a way that a minority in the United States comprising about 20-25% of the population could outvote the majority and call it just, proper and wise, I'd like to hear it.

But because the vote was granted in Iraq by the force of arms of the USA, and under a republican, no matter that their post victory tactical policies were remarkably stupid, the Times cannot HELP THEMSELVES but blame the FACT of a Shia majority in another nation on Bush.

We make not LIKE what Maliki is doing, but Maliki was chosen by others just as Chirac was chosen. That this fairly elected government in fact IS enabling Shia dominated sectarian violence may be our problem, but it is not our fault.

That nation must find IT'S way to nationhood or, like India and Pakistan do what must be done, but in the end, that MUST be up to them.

The Times then warps history ...

The real lesson of Vietnam for Iraq is clear enough. America lost that war because a succession of changes in South Vietnamese leadership, many of them inspired by Washington, never produced an effective government in Saigon. None of those changes, beginning with the American-sponsored coup that led to the murder of South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem in 1963, changed the underlying reality of a South Vietnamese government and army that never won the loyalty and support of large sections of the Vietnamese population.

The short-term sequels of American withdrawal from Indochina were brutal, as the immediate sequels of America’s withdrawal from Iraq will surely be. But the American people rightly concluded that with no way to win a military victory, there could be no justification for allowing thousands more United States troops to die in Vietnam.

We'll never know that since Congress, with NO AMERICAN FIGHTING IN VIETNAM cut off all aid to South Vietnam, AFTER AMERICAN COMBAT FORCES WENT HOME.

ALL AID.

The NY Times well understands the REAL ISSUE.

A repeat of the scene at 22 Gia Long Street in April 1975, will mean a generation of Republican dominance AGAIN.

Warner: Bush Should Bring Troops Home

WASHINGTON (AP) - Sen. John Warner, a prominent Republican on military affairs, urged President Bush on Thursday to start bringing some troops home from Iraq by Christmas.

Such a move would send a powerful warning to the Baghdad government that time is running out, said Warner, R-Va.

Warner said the president next month should announce the withdrawal of a certain number of troops to send a "sharp and clear message throughout the region and the United States" that the commitment in Iraq is not open ended.

Iraqi Killed Saving U.S. Troops

An Iraqi man saved the lives of four U.S. Soldiers and eight civilians when he intercepted a suicide bomber during a Concerned Citizens meeting in the town of al-Arafia Aug. 18.

The incident occurred while Soldiers from 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, were talking with members of the al-Arafia Concerned Citizens, a volunteer community group, at a member’s house.

"I was about 12 feet away when the bomber came around the corner," said Staff Sgt. Sean Kane, of Los Altos, Calif., acting platoon sergeant of Troop B, 3-1 Cav. "I was about to engage when he jumped in front of us and intercepted the bomber as he ran toward us. As he pushed him away, the bomb went off."

The citizen’s actions saved the lives of four U.S. Soldiers and eight civilians.

Woman sets fire to ex-husband's penis

MOSCOW (Reuters) - A woman set fire to her ex-husband's penis as he sat naked watching television and drinking vodka, Moscow police said Wednesday.

Asked if the man would make a full recovery, a police spokeswoman said it was "difficult to predict."

The attack climaxed three years of acrimonious enforced co-habitation. The couple divorced three years ago but continued to share a small flat, something common in Russia where property costs are very high.

"It was monstrously painful," the wounded ex-husband told Tvoi Den newspaper. "I was burning like a torch. I don't know what I did to deserve this."

Fatah Militant: U.S. Training Was Key to Intifada's Success

By AARON KLEIN
Special to the Sun
August 21, 2007 posted 12:36 pm EDT

RAMALLAH -- American-run programs that train Fatah militias were instrumental in the "success" of the Palestinian intifada that began in 2000, a senior Fatah militant told The New York Sun.

"I do not think that the operations of the Palestinian resistance would have been so successful and would have killed more than one thousand Israelis since 2000 and defeated the Israelis in Gaza without these [American] trainings," a senior officer of President Abbas's Force 17 Presidential Guard unit, Abu Yousuf, said.

America has longstanding training programs at a base in the West Bank city of Jericho for members of Force 17, which serves as de facto police units in the West Bank, and for another major Fatah security force, the Preventative Security Services

Someone remind me, why are we training FATAH?

The stupidity of humans is breathtaking - quick call the inventor of the shield, he started all this

U.S. missile shield is provocation: Austrian minister

VIENNA (Reuters) - Austrian Defense Minister Norbert Darabos has called U.S. plans for a missile defense shield in eastern Europe a "provocation" reviving Cold War debates.

"That the United States are installing a defense shield in eastern Europe is a provocation in my view," Darabos was quoted as saying in an interview with daily Die Presse on Thursday.

"The U.S. has chosen the wrong path in my opinion. There is no point in building up a missile defense shield in Europe.

Now just imagine the first man to wish to avoid being stabbed by another, who dreamed up the idea of something to block that stabbing motion by the attacker....little did he realize that he was the agressor, and provoking others to come and stab him !

New Book: In Satan's Footsteps

Theodore Shoebat, sixteen-year-old son of former PLO terrorist Walid Shoebat has written a book entitled In Satan's Footsteps: The Source and Interconnections of All Evil. According to the biography of Ted Shoebat,

[He] was persecuted for his faith and conservative views by his teachers and fellow students. He witnessed anti Semitism, anti Israel propaganda, holocaust denial, anti Christian and anti Americanism in the public schools he attended....

Ted decided to write this book so that he could expose the evil and the attacks on American Judeo Christian values, as well as to supply a filter to the youth and unsuspecting adults to the common traits of how Satan works and the commonality of how all evil is interconnected through time.

[...]

As Ted says. "My Father may be hated by Islamists but I will be hated by Islamists, Neo Nazis, Communists Mormans, Evolutionists, and many liberals. Dad you think you are a marked man, that will be nothing compared to me"

Please watch the following video, a remarkable bit of footage and a promo for the book:

YouTube Link

Yes, I know that many, both Christians and non-Christians, are turned off by Pat Robertson, who appears very briefly at the end of the above video, apparently in one of Walid Shoebat's interviews on Robertson's show. Still, I note that Robertson is one of the few who have publicly asked the question (I'm paraphrasing here): "Is Allah connected to the Great Deceiver Satan?"

What Ted Shoebat has written deserves consideration, particularly by Christians, some of whom believe that Islam has a demonic origin and orientation, as do other totalitaran ideologies:

In Satan’s Footsteps is a most well researched book on the subject of Evil and Satan. The books primary objective is to prove that Satan exists and shows the standard behaviors of cults and evil doers. It exposes the traits and similarities of how evil through the ages is related and how evil can be wrapped with good to deceive many good people.

As one who herself sometimes pushes the envelope, I particularly like the following:

The book is not politically correct and will offend many...

I'll be placing my order for Ted Shoebat's book!

Storm Track Intimidation: News from the Dhimmi Front in Europe

The BBC has abandoned plans to screen a fictional terrorist attack by Muslim suicide bombers and German journalist and historian of the Third Reich, provokes a wave of indignation and accusations from Muslims.

First the BBC.

The BBC was to include a fictional attack by Muslim suicide bombers in their primetime drama Casualty but had to drop the reference to Muslims after internal clashes over whether the highly sensitive subject matter would cause them offense.

The BBC was in a dilemma since they had already started filming. What to do? What to do?

YES!! Find another group of terrorists! Their choice?

Miss Slackistan And The Burqa Beauties: These Guys Are Right There With Us Infidels

I am proud of what we have done here at Infidel Bloggers Alliance. We are a blog which combines humor with serious commentary, and except for the Google glitch which took us offline for about three months, we have been kicking ass, and taking no names since about November of 2005.

Great job, Infidels!

I think there needs to be more people who approach this problem the way we do.

The reality of Islamofascism is that it is too stupid to be dealt with in a purely rational manner. That is not to say that we need not establish our rational arguments. We must. However, we also need to mock Islamofascism, because mockery has its place in the canon of cultural evolution (to coin a phrase).

Anyway, check out what these Brits did. (And note the scolding tone of the Daily Mail article on the subject).

A toast to Infidels like these all around the world. Awesome:

It probably seemed like a good idea at the time. Stuck for inspiration about what to wear at their village carnival, one group made a last-minute decision to dress up in mock Muslim burkas.

Calling themselves the "Page Three Beauties from the Ramalama Ding-Dong Times", the 17 men and women carried placards with made-up names such as "Miss Hairyarmpitsbad", "Miss Slackistan", "Miss Notbadinbedabad" and "Miss Reallyamanistan".

As they walked the one-mile parade route, the group knelt down in mock prayer and used fake compasses to try to find Mecca.

Their routine impressed carnival judges - a mayor, two district councillors and a parish councillor - and they were shortlisted for the "best entry" prize.

But before any awards were handed out, police told the group to leave after complaints about racism.

Yesterday, as one member of the team apologised, the organisers of the annual carnival through the winding streets of St Columb Major, near Newquay, Cornwall, insisted their inclusion was not offensive.

Nina Brenton said: "We were approached by about six students from out of the area and they thought it was disgusting and offensive to Muslims.

"They asked how we could allow it in our carnival, but it's not up to us to dictate what's offensive. We did advise the group in question what had happened and gave them the choice of whether to carry on in the procession, and they did.

"Everybody was having fun, but in the end the police got involved and moved them on. It was a fun day and no one was offended."

Pat Harvey, mayor of the borough of Restormel and one of the judges, said: "I felt that the community enjoyed their act. The group was excellent."

But she added: "We were made aware their act could have been taken as offensive in certain parts of the community and therefore, given my responsibility, I felt the cup should be given to another group."

Local religious representatives criticised the carnival entry. Fareed Ahmad, president of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association for Devon and Cornwall, said: "With carnivals it's quite difficult to judge between humour and causing offence, and on this occasion it looks like they have that balance wrong."

The Reverend Chris McQuillen-Wright, of St Columb Minor parish church, added: "One can see the intended humour and the play on words but, in light of the current international climate, it was insensitive and in bad taste.

"I cannot believe they thought people were going to laugh. No one would want to curtail freedom of speech, but it's hard to differentiate this from downright bullying."

Last night one member of the group, Dave Holloway, of St Columb Major, apologised but said they had intended to make fun of themselves.

"The idea of the carnival is to dress up and have fun," he added. "We were not laughing at anybody, more at ourselves than anything else, and we certainly didn't want to cause any offence.

"I'd like to say on behalf of everyone in the group how sorry we are if some individuals found it in bad taste. We were never set out to upset anyone."

Despite officers moving the group on, Devon and Cornwall police said no action will be taken because no official complaint was made.

The carnival was held 20 miles from Padstow, where the annual Darkie Day - which involved locals blacking up their faces - regularly attracted accusations of racism. It is now known as Mummers Day.

Young, Nazi and Proud

This follows on from Pastorius' message to the BNP and Griffin.

Here

Mark Collett former chairman of the Young BNP, the youth division of the British National Party, and is currently the Director of Publicity of the Party.

Mark says "Hitler will live on forever - and maybe I will". He openly admires Hitler!

Although the BNP has supposedly dropped its nazi associations, at Red White and Blue [summer BNP rally] there is plenty of evidence of the opposite.

There are discreet symbols everywhere. For example, men in shirts numbered 88 - H is the eighth letter of the alphabet - HH is Heil Hitler.

Mark is explicit in his adoration of Nazi Germany when he thinks the camera is turned off. "I'd never say this on camera, the Jews have been thrown out of every country including England. It's not just persecution. There's no smoke without fire," he declares.

Dispatches Ch4 News

So, this is the Director of Publicity. Nick Griffin on the other hand goes a step further by making statements which deny the holocaust

I know that the majority of BNP voters do not admire hitler and fascism, but their leaders do. I believe in free speech though, and the BNP should absolutley get their say. BNP is a requirement for a decent balanced democracy. When 25% of the electorate vote BNP in some areas it's a message to the mainstream parties to sit up and take notice.

Multiculturalism as we know it has failed because we have have failed to stand up to abhorrent practices and attitudes within minority communities for fear of being labelled a racist.

I am no racist, it's a man's actions and attitudes that count him as a British citizen, not the race of the man. If you feel strongly about Britain, but reject racism, I would suggest you join an alternative to the BNP - the United British Alliance. Here's a quote from their website

We are a multi-ethnic,multi-faith organisation with a passionate interest in reclaiming our once proud nation from the grip of international terror and political correctness gone-mad,with a view to re-installing some pride in our communities and way of life.

Now we're talking.

A zionist plot for good PR uncovered at last !

Cattle vaccines sent to West Bank to prevent epidemic

HAARETZ -Israeli veterinary services on Tuesday transferred thousands of vaccines to the Palestinians amid growing concerns that isolated cases of cowpox and plague will spread through the West Bank.

Israel sent 113,000 vaccine doses to the Palestinian Authority, and as many as 700,000 will be delivered in the coming days.

The diseases, which sicken cattle and sheep, have so far affected herds south of Mount Hebron, near Ramallah, Nablus and Jenin. But there are concerns the problem could become an epidemic endangering all livestock in the PA."

These diseases have killed animals in the West Bank, and even though at this stage the numbers have been limited, there could be a significant economic impact on the farms throughout the West Bank if this matter is not dealt with," said Dr. Samir Moadi, in charge of agricultural affairs at the Civil Administration.

Moadi, however, said there is no concern that the diseases will enter Israel because of the way they are spread.

Earlier this year, Israel assisted the PA in countering an outbreak of foot and mouth disease.

Can't you just hear it on Al Jazeera? As a debate of course ...

  1. The jews started the disease among our healthy cattle
  2. It won't cure the cattle, they aren't sick it will kill the cattle
  3. The cattle aren't sick, the medicine will make our women sterile
  4. The cattle aren't sick, the medicine will make our men sterile
  5. The cattle aren't sick, the medicine will make our men impotent
  6. The cattle aren't sick, the medicine will make our men women
  7. The cattle aren't sick, the medicine will make our women men
  8. The cattle aren't sick, the medicine will make our cattle into women

Storm Track Disinformation: “Understanding the Basics of Islam Is the First Step in Healing”

That headline come from that well-known apologist for Islam, John Esposito, writing in the Washington Post.

Jesus is for Christians, except solely human. He is seen as the ideal husband, father and friend, the ultimate political leader, general, diplomat and judge. Understanding Muhammad's special place in Muslim hearts helps us appreciate the widespread anger of many mainstream Muslims -- not just extremists -- with the denigration of a Muhammad-like figure in Salman Rushdie's 1988 novel "The Satanic Verses," the controversial 2005 Danish cartoons depicting Muhammad in unflattering lights or Pope Benedict XVI's 2006 speech quoting a long-dead Byzantine emperor who accused the prophet of bringing "only evil and inhuman" things into the world.

Karen Armstrong's "Muhammad: A Prophet for Our Time" and Tariq Ramadan's "In the Footsteps of the Prophet: Lessons from the Life of Muhammad" provide fresh, perceptive views on his modern-day relevance.

The Gallup World Poll's helpful section on the Muslim world (www.muslimwestfacts.com) sheds some light on the views and aspirations of more than 1 billion Muslims. My years studying those attitudes suggest that Muslim hostility toward the West is mostly political, not religious, and that Muslims hope the West will show their faith more respect.

You have to wonder if Esposito lives in the real world. Has he seen the reality of Islam’s modern-day relevance in Saudi Arabia, Iran and Pakistan?

"We care for our people and our constitution and can find friends elsewhere"

Whatever you say, moron. DO IT. PLEEEEEEEEZE !

DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) - Iraq's prime minister lashed out at American criticism, saying Wednesday that no one has a right to put timetables on his elected government.

Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki blamed the U.S. presidential campaign for the recent tough words from the Bush administration and from other American politicians.

"No one has the right to place timetables on the Iraq government. It was elected by its people," he said at a news conference in Damascus at the end of a three-day visit to Syria.

"Those who make such statements are bothered by our visit to Syria. We will pay no attention. We care for our people and our constitution and can find friends elsewhere," al-Maliki said.

U.S. Sen. Carl Levin, a Michigan Democrat, said Monday that al-Maliki should be ousted and replaced with a less sectarian leader.

In addition, both President Bush and U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker on Tuesday voiced frustration and disappointment with the al-Maliki government.

The harsh exchange erupted just a few weeks before Crocker and the U.S. commander in Iraq, Gen. David Petraeus, are to report to Congress on the success of the latest military campaign to reduce violence in Iraq, and the Iraqi government's progress in achieving political reconciliation.

Without naming any American official, al-Maliki said some of the criticism of him and his government was "discourteous."

Hey moron, this IS democracy. We slam Chirac, Villepin, Schreoder, Anan, anyone we damn please, and if you really don't like the system, STAY IN DAMASCUS.

Discourteous? effin-ay right, and it's meant to be.

If someone can figure out the reasoning behind THIS, that would be nice

Presidential aides hinted yesterday that Russia could shortly resume the production of Tu-160 and Tu-95 strategic nuclear bombers, now that the aircraft are again flying "combat missions".

The TU-95, which at the end of the Cold war was used for long range patrolling, MAYBE electronic surveillance and intelligence, can have but one path to success as a strategic bomber... if the USA is already without any kind of protection aloft, and they can fly around like bunch of SPAD's. The TU-95 flew in 1954. It has fantastic range, but WTF?

Maybe we should be happy they are prepared to waste resources on this.

They can carry a stand off missile, but they are not exactly stealthy enough to get within range, EVEN OF CARRIER TASK FORCES (8 contra rotating propellers), having been designed about 1951 before anyone even THOUGHT about that in operational aircraft as a function in design.

This must be a step taken as a symbol. But a symbol of what? Are they trying to provoke the USA in to a resource draining war? Are they so CONFIDENT they have taken our measure in their seminal economic oil-gas resource 'war' with europe, and our own resource weaknesses long term as a PEOPLE to begin this?

The Islamists, Russia, China, morons like Chavez....against a somewhat declining, sometime seemingly spiritless europe, an isolated Israel attacked over and over demographically, culturally, and religiously, politically amongst its 'allies', and ACTUALLY, and a nearly solitary USA, successfully portrayed as nearly a rogue cowboy as a result of others attacking it.

So WHERE IS MY HYDROGEN CAR?

What is the plan? Must we defend those who are strategically NOT WITH US except somewhat for the immediate family because they own a gas station?

"I Guess I've Done My Duty"

"she was petite, blonde, and looked like a more likely candidate for Princeton's Cottage Club than for combat...."The first time you get blown up by an IED, you're like, Dude, this is badass! but after that you're like, This really is not cool at all anymore. But riding out there, getting shot at, shooting back -- that doesn't get old."

EFFIN-AY!!!!

Her name was Spec. Alison K., and I stupidly assumed that she must be a rear-echelon soldier with a job at the embassy or somewhere like that -- she was petite, blonde, and looked like a more likely candidate for Princeton's Cottage Club than for combat. I was dead wrong about that. After I'd explained to her satisfaction what I was doing in Iraq, I asked her where she was from, where she was stationed, and what her duties were, as I do almost any soldier I talk to. She was originally from California, she said, and was with the 2-2 BSB at FOB Rustamiya, in east Baghdad (she was wearing the Indian Head patch so I knew she was from 2nd ID). She was 25, and twelve months into her first tour. I asked if it had been a rough deployment; she said yes, her truck had been hit by IEDs four times. Clearly she was not a rear-echelon soldier.

I hesitated to press for details, since you never know whether a soldier will want to go into what's happened to them, but she dove right in without my even asking. She drove a recovery vehicle for the 2nd BCT, 2nd ID, and went outside the wire three or four times a week to help drag burned-out Humvees, tanks, and Bradleys back to base. "We get either sniped at or IED'd pretty much every mission," she said. "East Baghdad's really rough, but it's awesome like that. You should visit before you leave!" It took me a moment to realize she wasn't being sarcastic. "The first time you get blown up by an IED, you're like, Dude, this is badass! but after that you're like, This really is not cool at all anymore. But riding out there, getting shot at, shooting back -- that doesn't get old." Many soldiers would disagree, obviously, it was hard to doubt her enthusiasm. She seemed to genuinely love combat, and she related two stories with particular relish. First, the time she was taping from her vehicle so that people could see what a convoy looked like, when, right there on tape, the truck directly in front of hers had hit an EFP and exploded in a cloud of flames. "It was insane," she added unnecessarily: "There no way you could ever plan to get a video like that."
Where do we get such men and women?

How Ya' Gonna Keep Them Christian Girls Down On The Farm In Lebanon

Answer is, you can't.

While the Muslim babes are forced to wrap themselves in the death shroud of the burqa, the Christian girls are recreating the great American tradition of Spring Break to help everyone relieve some of the tension of living in a country besieged by Islamofascism:

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Young Ukrainian models in flimsy lingerie spray champagne at a boisterous crowd of young Lebanese at a swanky beach resort south of Beirut -- barely a year after Israeli bombs were falling nearby.

Drinks in hand, shapely women in skimpy bikinis dance to the latest club song with men smoking Cuban cigars, underlining the image of a wealthy hedonist minority seizing any chance to escape their country's political crisis and uncertain future.

The scene at the Oceana beach resort near Damour seems a world away from Lebanon's sectarian tensions and political standoff symbolized by an opposition protest encampment that has paralyzed downtown Beirut for the past nine months.

Storm Track Infiltration: Protecting Europe from Sharia Law

Islam Watch is a group of Muslim apostates who have left Islam out of their own conviction when they discovered that the religion of Islam is not a religion at all. Here are the site owners’ personal testimonials.

Why I left Islam - Ali Sina
Making of an Unbeliever - Abul Kasem

They have been formulating strategies that describe the laws and policies that are necessary in a society where Islam can never become a threat to freedom and human rights. A few months ago, they formulated in two articles some basic elements of a foreign policy which can protect Europe.

US survey raises eyebrows in Jerusalem

A survey by a respected journal showing that 15 of 108 foreign policy elites in the US believe Israel does not serve US national security interests has raised eyebrows in Jerusalem. It precedes the publication in early September of a book by two US professors slamming the Israel-US alliance.

The journal, Foreign Policy, on Monday published its "terrorism index," asking a bipartisan group of former "secretaries of state, national security advisors, senior White House aides, top commanders in the US military, seasoned intelligence professionals, and distinguished academics" a variety of questions having to do with US national security issues.

When given a list of US allies and asked to choose the one country that least serves US national security interests, 14 percent of the respondents picked Israel.

Russia led the list, with 34% saying it least served US interests, followed by 22% who said Pakistan, 17% who selected Saudi Arabia, and 5% each for Egypt and Mexico.

The journal billed the respondents, whose names were not supplied, as America's "top foreign-policy experts." Forty-five of the respondents described themselves as Democrats, 24 as Republicans, and the rest as Independents.

One diplomatic official in Jerusalem, while acknowledging that 14% is a considerable minority, said he was still worried by the trend.

"Considering the closeness and importance of our ties with Washington, this is something we need to watch," he said.

The official said that while in the past the notion that the US alliance with Israel harmed US interests was a belief relegated to individuals on the far right, such as Pat Buchanan, and the far left, like Noam Chomsky, this survey indicated that the idea was gaining prominence among the elites.

This idea is starting to make it into the mainstream, the official said, citing as an example a paper published last year by University of Chicago political scientist John Mearsheimer and Harvard University's Stephen Walt arguing that the US was willing to "set aside its own security" to advance Israel's interests because of AIPAC and the Israel lobby.

Go outside, you putzes

Internet addiction more serious than OCD

TEL AVIV, Israel, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- Internet addiction should be grouped with extreme addictive disorders such as gambling, sex addiction and kleptomania, an Israeli psychiatrist said.

Dr. Pinhas Dannon of Tel Aviv University's Sackler Faculty of Medicine said 10 percent of Internet surfers are afflicted with "Internet addiction disorder," which can lead to anxiety and severe depression.

Internet addiction is classified by mental health professionals as an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, a mild to severe mental health condition that results in an urge to engage in ritualistic thoughts and behavior.

"Internet addiction is not manifesting itself as an ‘urge.’ It’s more than that. It’s a deep ‘craving.’ And if we don’t make the change in the way we classify Internet addiction, we won’t be able to treat it in the proper way," Dannon said Friday in a release.

He said the two groups at greatest risk from Internet addiction disorder are teenagers and people in their mid-50s suffering from the loneliness of an empty nest.

Storm Track Infiltration: Fun And Games at the Washington Mosque

Newsweek reports allegations of embezzlement, abuse and hate speech at one of DC’s most prominent mosques, The Islamic Center of Washington. The center has been around since 1957, well established and well-known. President Bush made a speech at the mosque earlier this summer talking about – yes, you guessed – How Islam is a religion of peace.

I wonder when a politician will have the guts to say one day the following:

“My fellow Americans. Islam is one of the world’s great religions. Islam means submission. Submission to the will of Allah in all things.”

I wonder how the Muslim leadership and organizations like CAIR react to such a statement. It's true and doesn’t necessarily put Islam in a bad light. It just explains it in more detail. Would be interesting to see.

Anyway, back to the Newsweek article.

Britain's a breeding ground for even Hamas terrorists

It's not just al Qaeda that's been allowed to roam free there. Even Hamas is given free access to the blighty as well:
(IsraelNN.com) A special report by the government's Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center shows that Great Britain continues to serve as a center for publications of Hamas incitement. The report notes that despite the terrorism the British themselves have experienced of late, they are not preventing the use of their country as a center for the dissemination of publications that include incitement and hatred towards Israel and the west, and the encouragement of suicide terrorists.

The report's introduction states that the Hamas terrorist movement attributes great importance to the media, both written and electronic, as a major tool in its struggle against the West.

[...]

Although the headquarters of the Hamas media empire is found in Gaza, with guidance and help from Damascus and other Arab countries, it has a large branch in Great Britain, "which continues to be a center for the publication and dissemination of Hamas literature."
There's more at the link, including some photographs. Business as usual in Britain, where they've got no interest in keeping the country truly safe.

Inviting In The Enemy

Our State Department is playing the dhimmi and endangering all of us. Requirements for visas have been relaxed so as to allow Wahhabist-trained imams to come into the United States.

From the August 14-20, 2007 edition of Insight Magazine (subscription required):

Hundreds of Islamic fundamentalist clerics have been allowed to enter the United States to take over mosques in major cities. The clerics come from countries such as Egypt, Jordan and Pakistan and have been influenced by al Qaeda. Many are fresh graduates from Saudi-financed Wahhabi seminaries....

According to the article, hundreds of these imams with radical training are already here and teaching in mosques in our major cities, including locations in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, and the Washington, D.C. area. Several of these imams are graduates of Cairo's Al Azhar University, which has ties to Al Qaeda, and of various seminaries in Pakistan. Furthermore, despite warnings from various law-enforcement officials and the National Intelligence Estimate, our State Department continues to pursue this import-the-imams agenda.

Guardian -Kurds flee homes as Iran shells villages in Iraq

Iraqi Kurdish officials expressed deepening concern yesterday at an upsurge in fierce clashes between Kurdish guerrillas and Iranian forces in the remote border area of north-east Iraq, where Tehran has recently deployed thousands of Revolutionary Guards.
As one can see, the kurds, repressed and oppressed since medieval times are spread across 4 nations, and a 'real' Kurdistan would necessarily piss off a lot of armed forces.
Jabar Yawar, a deputy minister in the Kurdistan regional government, said four days of intermittent shelling by Iranian forces had hit mountain villages high up on the Iraqi side of the border, wounding two women, destroying livestock and property, and displacing about 1,000 people from their homes.

Mr Yawer said there had also been intense fighting on the Iraqi border between Iranian forces and guerrillas of the Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK), an armed Iranian Kurdish group that is stepping up its campaign for Kurdish rights against the theocratic regime in Tehran.

Maybe these guys should be on the american list for all kinds of aid.

High Priority Iranian Revolutionary Guards Officer captured by US

Move along, nothing to see here ...it's the fearmongering 'right', oh wait, I'm a democrat....

"The captured high-priority Iranian individual was responsible for smuggling explosively formed penetrators"

Wolrd Tribune - BAGHDAD — The U.S. military has reported the capture of a senior officer of Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps stationed in Baghdad.

U.S. forces, which are taking aim at key Iranian officers based in Iraq, conducted a raid that nabbed the officer of the IRGC's Quds Force and killed three of his aides.

"Coalition troops continue to target terrorists who bring weapons and explosives, especially explosively formed penetrators, and other aid into Iraq," U.S. military spokesman Lt. Col. Christopher Garver said. "Coalition forces will continue their focused operations against unhelpful Iranian influence interfering in Iraq."

A military statement said nine gunmen were killed in a series of raids in Iraq, Middle East Newsline reported. The statement said the detained IRGC officer facilitated the flow of weapons from Iran to Iraq and their distribution to Shi'ite and other militias.

Officials said IRGC has become a major U.S. target, particularly in the Baghdad area.

"The captured high-priority individual was responsible for smuggling explosively formed penetrators, Katyusha rockets and other weapons from Iran into Iraq," an official said. "The target was also responsible for distributing those weapons to special groups and extremist militants operating throughout Baghdad. The weapons smuggler had direct ties to senior militant leaders and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps Quds Force."

The Indonesian summit asking for a Global Caliphate and Spain

I have written a long post about the Indonesian summit, held by 100.000 Hibz ut-Tahrir supporters and the consequences it could bring for the West and specifically for Spain.

There are several things that worry me really: the secret recruitment, the selection of the recruits between educated middle-class and their support of terrorism. Yes, I know that they say they are not violent, but they support terrorism both in Palestine and in Iraq, saying it's the Jihad.

Of course, they reject Western democracy, but support a democracy with religious values, although they support the Caliphate. They also pretend as a final goal, the conversion of all the world to Islam.

It goes on and on and on and on.....

NYT:“The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy” is not even in bookstores, but already anxieties have surfaced about the backlash it is stirring, with several institutions backing away from holding events with the authors.

The Israel Lobby is the Protocols of Zion, Diet Version.

The very kernel of their 'thesis' is a conclusion they make based on these items:

  1. AIPAC (American Israel Poltical Affairs Committee), which is a de facto agent for a foreign government, has a stranglehold on the U.S. Congress. (page 19)
  2. That power derives in part from the influence Jewish voters have on presidential elections. Despite their small numbers in the population (less than 3 percent), they make large campaign donations to candidates from both parties. The Washington Post once estimated that Democratic presidential candidates “depend on Jewish supporters to supply as much as 60 percent of the money.”76 (page 19)
  3. On the media… they just take a section in order to assert jews are successful ….Manipulating the Media (page 21)

Conclusion?

Jews are powerful, rich, and manipulate the media, and btw, do it all against the interests of the USA and for the interest of Israel.

Just substitute the idea of the USA for the world, and we have the Protocols of Zion.

This is the basic, unvarnished, deconstructed assertion of this paper.
