You'd Think They Were at a Tea Party or Something

At UNC Chapel Hill yesterday Tom Tancredo was shut down from speaking by protestors. At one point a near riot broke out, rocks through a window, police peppersprayed a few of the protestors.

How'd that feel, kiddies? Ya never forget your first blast of pepper spray.

h/t Malkin who has a much better write up and update. These are raw videos of the event from You Tube.

I think the cops allowed the protesters to win quite convincingly. One broken window and the talk was canceled. As the man who videoed the event pointed out, anytime someone wants to stop speech now, all it takes is a broken window. The cops totally blew that one.

I 'expounded' on the juxtaposition of this-radical 'students' - out of control and NOT handcuffed and Ziegler (Palin documentarian) at USC being handcuffed for attempting to document a Couric 'award'...

Christian Soldier -- I saw that Ziegler piece last night at Breitbart. Tried to embed it but it was giving me all kinds of grief so I gave up and started drinking. Was that astonishing? And I don't think the ones doing the handcuffs were regular cops but campus security (With Guns! The Horror!) because they waited around for a regular cop to show up.
