Cass Sunstein, Regulation Czar
He's all about gagging free speech.
Is Sunstein the force behind the White House snitch program?

If not, why is this not being challenged? And yes, I'm aware that O is not the first to use "Czars".
If these positions are paid for with US taxpayer dollars, and it is determined to be unconstitutional, it should be challenged before another change on the Supreme Court takes place. Time is not in our favor.
AOW, You forgot to mention, in your post, that the video at Whitehouse.gov, which supposedly "debunked" the idea that Obama is pro single-payer, CAME OUT OF THE OFFICE OF INFORMATION.
So, your question, is Cass Sunstein behind it, is much more than a rhetorical question.
In fact, it is likely that the answer is yes.
And, it is likely, given the book he wrote on the subject, that we are going to see many more attempts like this, as long as this man is Czar of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
