Sorry not good enough, he should never have been assaulted by “security” and arrested. If they actually thought they were right, they’d keep the charges. They know they’re wrong and are trying to avert a lawsuit. While a lawsuit against the school will only result in the school, and therefore the people being out money, he should sue the security man and the superintendent personally for directing the action against him.
