FISA law SPECIFIES collection from a FOREIGN intelligence entity so the warrant would have been on Russians or Russian entities, not Trump, THAT'S THE WHOLE FRICKIN POINT OF FISA
If there was a search warrant executed against Trump it would have required open court and a standard search warrant, because, well HE'S AN AMERICAN
By the way, if the FBI/NSA/CIA was not listening in on Trump and his people, how did they know to tell Reince Preibus that they knew the NYT story about Trump connections to Russia was "bullshit"?

In this ABCNews video clip former AG Michael Mukasey conveniently stated @ 1:57 The FBI keeps track of people who act as agents of foreign governments. They keep track of people who act as agents of the Chinese, the Russians, the Israelis...everyone.
