The Holocaust wasn't a secret in 1942

It isn't that the West didn't know about the Holocaust; it is that it chose to ignore it.

Here is an article in the Palestine Post from November 26, 1942 that was quite detailed as to what was happening to Jews in Poland, before the bulk of Jews were murdered:

In December 1942, many more details were published and widely disseminated. The genocide of the Jews was very well known by the end of 1942 in England, the United States and worldwide. (The following three articles were all from the Palestine Post, December 20, 1942):

London newspapers all published the information as well as ideas on how to help the remaining Jews:

Jewish agencies pleaded for help and prominent politicians were informed about the details of the Holocaust, many of whom professed their support:

And yet at this point there were still over 3 million more Jewish men, women and children who were fated to be butchered over the next two years, while the Allies did almost nothing to save them.

Confirmation of what my father (b. 1911) used to tell me.

Elder of Ziyon,

Too bad we didn't do more.

What's really sad to me is that if Ahmadinejad were to accomplish what he says he wants to accomplish (wiping Israel off the map) then we Christians will have done less to stop the second Holocaust than we did to stop the first.

Chew on that for awhile.

Pastorius,

That's definitely disturbing.

I applaud this effort and encourage further postings of such indisputable documentation .

All of it must be preserved in multiple venues.

Examine the efforts of various and sundry sheiks, emirs and mullahs of recent decades, erasing all visible elements of history, even their own, that encourage questions to their imperialist agenda, their supremacist doctrine.

After 9/11, I became aware of increasing efforts at Holocaust denial. I wondered, back then, where and how secure are historic archives.

Jewish culture places great value in historic documentation. There must be archives which hold tapes of radio broadcasts and newspapers, magazines, journals, official reports, papers etc. documenting the actual narrative of the twentieth century.

Such material should be collected and would do well presented in a coffee book format resembling that of Book and 2 Audio CDs marketed for the 2000 holiday season.

And the crowd goes wild could reflect the hoards of muhammedans videotaped during a razzia in Iran, Libya, Egypt etc., an imams sermon riling these hoards to violence, radio broadcasts encouraging Arabs to go on holiday while the umma prepared to push the Jews to the sea in 1948. Juxtaposed, as Wilders did in his film "Fitna", could you imagine the response?

There must exist, so much documentation that can be formatted to suit such a book. And what a holiday gift such a book would make!

Again, THANK YOU for posting these images. More, please.

I never understood the "they did not know" angle that used to be so popular (you could almost call it the consensus).

Your neighbours, friends, family start disappearing - all the while Hitler is very clear about his plans, as he was clear before coming to power in Mein Kempf; millions of people perish never to be heard from again - and you didn't know?

Then there's the rubbish we get from much of the Islamic world - of two forms
(1) It didn't happen,
(2) It did happen, it wasn't as bad as they say (maybe 60 or 70 people died...aha), but they (the Jews) used it as a means to steal "Palestine"

All this even though the Balfour Declaration was specified in 1918 (and ratified by the League of Nations in 1920 or 1922) long before the name "Hitler" was on anyone's mind...

For one of the most well documented, filmed, recorded and analyzed events in history, there sure is alot of denial & misinformation (that's actually being absorbed and believed by large numbers!). This is a truth that is absolutely evident and irrefutable.

Once upon a time I thought all humans were after truth, that our differences came from interpretation or our differing sources of information... then I grew up.

Anonymous, I'm absolutely with you on this.

I think it totally pathetic that the West does not address the situation in Iran where they are currently planning a second Holocaust.

And, that is why this kind of news needs to be broadcast. Because the current news is an echo, and most don't realize it.
