All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

In Tribute to Yale's Submission....
P.S. For those not in the know, Yale University Press cut the Danish Mohammad cartoons from their book on the Danish Mohammad cartoons.
The current book title and contents are a contradiction. I'll wait for the unauthorized commemorative edition: complete with artist signed 11x24 cartoons (suitable for framing) and special 3D glasses. Going to put on my Amazon wish list now.
Pastorius... I really can't state it any better than you did. Our ancestors recent and ancient would either laugh themselves incompetent or be absolutely heartbroken at what we've become. I personally think we should print billions of those cartoons into posters and post 4 of them on every city block in the United States. Sort of like mosquito repellent.
The idea that religion is beyond mockery is so anti-human rights. One would presume the people at Yale would be defenders of human rights. Our right to Freedom of Conscience and Expression is the most important right and that is why it is the first amendment in our Constitution. It is the building block, the cornerstone of our Liberty.
We start losing our Liberty when we are not allowed to criticize and mock institutions of power. The major institutions of power in our world are government, business, religion, and the media.
These large institutional powers have a tremendous amount of control over the way we see ourselves as individuals within our society. If we are forbidden from criticizing these institutions, then it becomes a one way conversation. They tell us what to think and we say, "Ok."
Bullshit to that.
And, while I'm at it, Fuck Mohammed and the goat he rode (not rode in on, just rode, as in the goat he fucked.)

So, what does the book consist of at this point?
Just commentary?
I swear to God, our generation is a generation of Pussies as has never been witnessed before.
And if it does consist of just commentary, would all commentary not condemnatory of the cartoons be considered "insulting" to Islam as well?
Bosch, are you putting that one on a t-shirt in case I need an extra for when my Mo-Da-Bomb one is in the laundry?

Dillinger,
I like that idea.

Allah is Moloch.
Sharia is Sedition.
A book on the Danish MTP cartoons without the cartoons? The mind reels.
