PRECEDENTED VERSUS UNPRECEDENTED THE TRIAL OF KSM AND HIS COMRADES IS UNPRECEDENTED.
THERE HAS NEVER EVER BEEN A TRIAL OF A FOREIGNER CAPTURED IN A FOREIGN LAND TRIED IN THE USA FOR AN ACT IF WAR.
EVERY OTHER FOREIGNER EVER CAPTURED AND TRIED FOR AN ACT OF OF WAR OR A WAR CRIME WAS TRIED IN A MILITARY TRIBUNAL.
WE HAVE EVEN TRIED US CITIZENS IN MILITARY TRIBUNALS FOR ATTACKS ON THE USGOV AND US MILITARY.
WHEN PRECEDENT IS BROKEN IT USUALLY HAS TO BE DONE FOR A VERY VERY VERY GOOD REASON AND A HUGE POTENTIAL BENEFIT.
THERE AHAS BEEN NO SUCH BENEFIT ENUNCIATED FOR THE TRIAL OF KSM.
SO WHY DID THEY DECIDE TO DO IT!?
THERE ARE ONLY THREE POSSIBLE REASONS:
THEY ARE IDIOTS.
THEY WANT TO ASSIST THE ENEMY IN THEIR PROPAGANDA EFFORTS AND SEE THE PERP'S RELEASED.
THEY WANT TO USE THE TRIAL TO ATTACK BUSH/CHENEY.
ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Since Holder worked for a firm notorius for defending jihad criminals, shouldn't he be recused from any input to this? Shouldn't any attorney who worked for the same firm also be confronted with conflict of interest?
Adolf Eichmann was abducted from Argentina to Israel to stand trial in Jerusalem for crimes he did not commit in Israel or against any Israeli citizen!
He was tried in Jerusalem for the crimes he did in Europe against Jews years before the establishment of the state of Israel!
He was found guilty as charged by the court and was sentenced to death by hanging!
The Israeli Supreme Court rejected Eichmann's appeal ! He was hanged by his neck until death, his body was cremated and his ashes were dispersed over the Mediterranean Sea !
And the above, why?
Because of the "Law for bringing the Nazis and their Helpers to Justice"

I don't choose to think in the same direction as you.
This is simply a stupid decision, and the only reason Obama made the decision he made (cuz I don't buy the Holder b.s.) is because Obama is a traitor to the United States.
I would say, "Now it's your time to think", but I'm not going to tell you what to do.
If you don't agree with my opinion, that's fine. But, if you don't live in the U.S., and you don't know what it is like to have lived here close to 50 years, and if you don't love the American Constitution, then that is your business.
