An Open Letter To Comey From The Teen Who Allegedly Got Sexts From Weiner

On Wednesday, BuzzFeed News published an interview with the teenage girl who allegedly got indecent messages from Anthony Weiner. 

Her story has received renewed attention since FBI Director James Comey announced on Friday that an investigation was continuing into Hillary Clinton’s private email server, following the discovery of new emails. 

As the New York Times first reported, the emails were discovered on the private computer of Weiner, 52, and his wife, Huma Abedin, a top Clinton aide, by investigators probing messages the disgraced former congressman allegedly sent to the underage 15-year-old girl, now 16. 

The teen told BuzzFeed News she was upset with Comey for giving no warning her case was set to be thrust into the national spotlight and tainted with electoral politics. The FBI declined to comment on the case. 

BuzzFeed News independently confirmed the teen’s identity, in part, via an email provided by Weiner, by traveling to her hometown, and by speaking with her and her father.

The teen wrote this open letter, printed in full below, to James Comey and provided it to BuzzFeed News.

Mr. James Comey FBI Director November 2, 2016 

I am the 15-year-old (now 16) who was the victim of Anthony Weiner. I now add you to the list of people who have victimized me. I told my story originally to protect other young girls that might be a victim of online predators. 

Your letter to Congress has now brought this whole matter back into the media spotlight. Not even 10 minutes after being forensically interviewed with the FBI for seven hours, I received a phone call from a REPORTER asking for a statement. Why didn’t you communicate with the local FBI agents that I had just spoken to? They could have scheduled our interview sooner or scheduled a time to interview me later, or change locations of the interview. 

My neighborhood has been canvassed by reporters asking for details about me. In your letter, you chose to use a vague approach, meaning the media had to keep searching to try and find out what evidence you had uncovered and how. Every media outlet from local to national has contacted me and my family to get my “story.” Why couldn’t your letter have waited until after the election, so I would not have to be the center of attention the last week of the election cycle? 

In his “cooperation” with you and with his love of the spotlight, Anthony Weiner has given information that led to the media finding me. You have assisted him in further victimizing me on every news outlet. I can only assume that you saw an opportunity for political propaganda. 

I thought your job as FBI Director was to protect me. I thought if I cooperated with your investigation, my identity as a minor would be kept secret. That is no longer the case. 

My family and I are barraged by reporters’ phone calls and emails. I have been even been blamed in a newspaper for causing Donald Trump to now be leading in some polls and costing Hillary the election. 

Anthony Weiner is the abuser. Your letter helped that abuse to continue. How can I rebuild my life when you have made finding out my “story” the goal of every reporter? 

When I meet with my therapist next time, she will already know what we are going to talk about before I get there by reading Friday, October 28th, 2016’s New York Times article. 

I may have been Weiner’s victim, but the real story here is that I am a survivor. I am strong, intelligent, and certain that I will come out from under this nightmare, but it will not be as a result of your doing your job to protect me. 

I hope that by making my letter to you public, you will think about how your actions affect the victims of the crimes you are investigating. The election is important, yes, but what happened to me and how it makes me feel and how others see me, is much more important. 

It’s time that the FBI Director puts his victims’ rights above political views.

A pair of tech executives have been indicted for allegedly using false documents to bring in help through the H-1B guest worker program. 

Dynasoft Synergy’s Chief Executive Officer Jayavel Murugan, 46, and 40-year-old Syed Nawaz are accused in an unsealed federal grand jury indictment of trying to apply for H-1B visa workers using fraudulent documents and then hiring them out to tech firms, according to Mercury News. 

Dynasoft operates as an “employment firm” that essentially leases foreign workers. The company also has an office in India.

What’s POSSIBLE now in Health Care?

Fact: Obamacare will die in catastrophic fashion as insurance companies stop offering it in state after state beginning in January

Non negotiable items to Republicans:

1. Mandate must end
2. Insurance company bailouts each year or EVER as a policy to guarantee  profit cannot occur
3. Health Care availability ITSELF must be the target as well as lower premiums
4. Recognize that a $6,500 deductible is WORSE than no insurance (you are compelled to pay premiums) except to insurance companies, since this is bankruptcy to a LARGE % of families and therefore they won’t or can’t use health care
5. Do away with current subsidy structure

Non negotiable items to Dems:

1. Obamacare itself should be fixed
2. Obamacare cannot be repealed
3. Any change must accomplish lower premiums
4. Health care to be recognized as a right

Goals of both parties:

1. Lower premiums
2. Lower MAXOOP
3. Maintain pre-existing condition situation
4. Maintain keeping kids on family plans thru 26 yrs
5. No limit on lifetime payouts

Ironically IMO, Obama has won his bet with society in making health care a right. The last poll I saw (within the week)  on this specific subject showed about 2/3 of the US people now accept this argument. This means the sales job the Republican party has to do is monumental.

In fact, impossible IMO.

Therefore, it is time for the Republican political class and this freedom caucus to start considering an end around this conundrum and create a Medicare for All system. Currently Medicare A&B for ~$105/month for people my age covers 80% of physician and hospital costs and virtually nothing else. Becuase of this a robust private insurance business to cover the balance has grown up and both together cost about 1/8 of an Anthem plan, and about 1/13th of Obamacare and almost every medical costs is covered, AND there are a blizzard of plans available, AND most of them are available nationally.

I am SURE this cannot be done for $105/month/person insured, but it can be done. And if it can’t be then an effort to DO THIS and show the people why not is needed.

ONE THING…private care will have to be BANNED, for all, including congress. Whatever final plan is arrived at the political class is also mandated to follow.

There is no doubt the impact on research will be profound, certainly at the start. Govt financing will be the central core of resourcing this now, but the reality is that with the contraction of the number of Rx companies over the years since it began in the 90’s, the amount of research has slowed as large entities have become more risk averse, and govt regulation has blossomed.

I think the equilibrium has slipped past the return to a private system that will have lower premium and better heath care.

But if this is done I have some advice.

GREATLY INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MEDICAL SCHOOLS, because people WILL go to the doctor, and people will NOT accept what the veterans are going through.

I don’t like this situation, but I accept this is the reality.

Unless the republicans are far more intelligent, adept, and streetwise in reality than they appear to be this day.

Earlier last year, Egypt's Minister of Antiquities Khaled el-Enany, suggested that Egypt's government, led by Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, is interested in preserving Egypt's Jewish heritage.

I'm afraid that, so long as Islam continues to dominate Egypt, there's no chance Jews will want to move and live there for a long time.

Once upon a time, the world's most populous Arab nation had somewhere between 80,000 to 120,000 Jews, and the Jewish community played an active role in Egyptian society. That changed after Israel's War of Independence in 1948 when the Egyptian public's attitude toward the Jews soured, leading to a decades-long campaign of persecution and ethnic cleansing.

For example, during the Suez campaign in 1956, Gamal Abdel Nasser's government declared that all Jews were Zionists and enemies of the state, leading to the expulsion of tens of thousands of Jews, many of whom settled in Israel. Even after Egypt and Israel signed a peace accord in the late 1970s, radical Islamists persecuted Egyptian Jews and barred them from holy sites as recently as 2011.

Even now, there's anti-Israelism running rampant in Egypt. In fact, it's basically the same in Jordan. Specifically, it's not only dangerous for Jews to live there, the Jordanian government won't even allow it. That's by far the most offensive part of the "peace treaty" between Israel and Jordan from the mid-90s.

Question: How do you see the future of Russian-US diplomatic relations in the context of the current atmosphere in Washington? Can you confirm that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will come to Moscow in April?  

Maria Zakharova: Apparently, many volumes have been written about the development of Russian-US relations. I announced the release of the Foreign Ministry’s yearend Diplomatic Bulletin and even showed it at the previous briefing. I believe that about 20 per cent of that bulletin was devoted to Russian-US relations, the way we see them, how we want them to develop, what we expect from Washington, what we are willing to do with the United States, the priority areas of cooperation, areas where our cooperation should be revived without delay and the areas where this can wait, at least for a limited time. 

This issue has been covered in interviews by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, comments by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov and in numerous statements made at all levels by representatives from various Russian agencies, political analysts and politicians, as well as officials from the legislative and executive authorities. 

We can talk about bilateral relations with a different degree of mastery, but we would like to start implementing our relationship at long last. 

We provided our views on bilateral relations and the reasons for blocking them under President Obama. We said that we were willing to work with the new US administration, under President Trump. I don’t think we need to invent anything in this respect, because so much has been said before. Simply, we should start concrete practical work. We are ready for this. 

You know that we always invite our American colleagues and diplomats to join bilateral or multilateral dialogues on issues in which the United States has traditionally played a big and active role, such as Syria, the consultations in Astana and many others. We expect Washington to formulate its foreign policy approaches in the form of a concept. We are ready for pragmatic and specific work on the principles that we have described many times. 

As for the visit by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and the information about it, this is what I can say. It’s not a secret that preparations for any visit include the coordination of the time when it can be announced. Visits by foreign ministers are public events that are never kept secret. At least, I don’t know about any secret visits by foreign ministers in Russia or the United States. 

Preparations for such a visit also include the coordination of the format, agenda and the date it can be announced to the public. It is a matter of propriety and respect for each other’s interests. One side proposes a date, and the other side is expected to accept it. This date should be acceptable to both sides, because the foreign ministers have packed schedules. The issue also concerns the coordination of the agenda by experts. One side informs the other side of the issues it plans to discuss, and the other side needs to respond that the agenda is acceptable. 

In other words, the sides need to reach agreements on many issues, after which they can announce an upcoming visit. This is how we work with our colleagues. 

To tell the truth, over the past few years we’ve seen many strange things happen in Washington in connection with preparations for visits or talks by our foreign ministers. The US Department of State has more than once asked us not to announce planned visits until the last minute. This is not our tradition. We have been operating openly for years, but we have respected the requests we have received from our colleagues in Washington in the past few years. 

But what happened after that? 

First, the US Department of State asked us to keep the planned visit quiet and not to announce it until the last possible minute, until we coordinated the date. We did as they asked. But a day or two later the information was leaked by the US State Department and sometimes by the US administration. 

Frankly, this put Russia and the media in a strange situation, because they didn’t know who to believe – the official agencies or the many leaks. It is difficult to say if this diplomatic communication is a US tradition or the latest technique. But it definitely doesn’t correspond to our traditions. 

We believe that everything we coordinate should be made available to the media in accordance with diplomatic procedure. When we coordinate a visit and the date for announcing it, the information should be made public calmly and as agreed. This is what we do in relations with our colleagues from other countries. 

As I said, such cases in our relations with the US Department of State have become a bad tradition over the past few years. So, I can say in response to your question that we will make the date and format of contacts between the Russian and US foreign ministers public after we coordinate them. We won’t keep them quiet. 

At this point, I don’t have any information I can share with you. I can say that this visit and such contacts are possible in principle, but it would be premature to talk about timeframes. 

Also, I would like to say that if the practice of leaking information that concerns not just the United States but also Russia, which has become a tradition in Washington in the past few years, continues, there will come a day when the media will publish leaks about the things that Washington asked us to keep secret, for example, things that happened during President Obama’s terms in office. 

Believe me, this could be very interesting information. 

Our American colleagues must decide if they respect the diplomatic procedure, if they keep their word on the arrangements made between us, primarily arrangements made at their own request, or we create a few very nice surprises for each other.

This was the same agent who incited Mr. Simpson to “Tear up Texas”. The same agent who took a grainy image of a Garland Police Officer and Security Guard who faced down the gunfire when the doors of the vehicle opened and the terrorists brought their gun powder to life. 

I note incitement and not entrapment in his actions. Entrapment would have provided the men with disabled weapons and non-lethal ammunition. These men came to kill. And they had the weapons to do it. 

Did the F.B.I. want a “let it play” scenario? 

Let it play… see how the dumb Garland police and Irving SWAT members perform with an authentic live fire attack? 

As the bodies are receiving an autopsy, the F.B.I. is debriefing with their own forensic autopsy? 

Would an allowable body count have included this headline? 

“Three Police Officers, Five Adults and One Young Girl Killed in Garland, Texas Terror Attack.” 

Could my image in this video have been the last glimpse of me in living state? 

Of course, after the headline about the massacre, the citizens of America would have been relieved to read this: “The F.B.I. is on the scene….” 

Ahhh, yes. 

They were already on the scene. Like flies on a steaming pile of caca. 

But what about the young red-headed girl? Was she also expendable?

The reported intelligence collection efforts raise four separate questions that are too often conflated in the commentary:
1) Should the communications of Trump associates (all of whom are U.S. citizens, so far as we know) have been intercepted in the first place?
2) Regardless of whether the interception was proper, should the identities of the American citizens have been “masked” in order to protect them from, among other things, being smeared as subjects of government investigations?
3) Regardless of whether masking was called for, should the fact that the American citizens’ communications had been collected and reviewed in connection with investigations — presumably, intelligence investigations, not criminal probes — have been disclosed throughout the “community” of U.S. intelligence agencies?
4) Should that fact have been publicly disclosed, including in leaks to the media? (Spoiler alert: As my use of “leaked” indicates, public disclosure is a major no-no. In fact, it’s a felony no-no.)

Speaker of the House and total sellout Paul Ryan was photographed yesterday, just one hour after announcing to the world that the GOP health care bill was dead in the water, rushing to a secret meeting in a residential neighborhood of Washington DC. 

A reporter for the Washington Examiner heard on a secured channel that Ryan had broken away from his security detail and managed to follow him and take the above photograph of him exiting the vehicle. 

The men he is with aren’t his Secret Service detail. They are the driver and lead agent for former President Barack Obama. 

Examiner reporter Walter Lyons stayed on scene long enough to see Ryan leave approximately an hour later. He told a colleague at the Federalist Papers: 

“He was full of smiles. It was as if he had just accomplished a mission that he had been working on for months.” 

It would appear that Ryan has been working with Obama’s Deep State shadow government all along. Whether he was promised the White House after a plan to overthrow President trump or a percentage of the millions per month Obama makes from Obamacare royalties, Paul Ryan is a traitor to America.
