Alan Keyes files suit against Obama in CA Superior Court
SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO
Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes; Dr. Wiley S. Drake, Sr.; and Markham Robinson, Petitioners,
v.
California Secretary of State Debra Bowen; Senator Barack Hussein Obama; Senator Joe Biden;
“No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;” 63. Senator Barack H. Obama is a candidate for the Office of the President of the United States. However, to assume such office, Senator Obama must meet the qualifications specified for the Office of the President of the United States, which includes that he must be a “natural born” citizen. Senator Obama has failed to demonstrate that he is a “natural born” citizen. There are other legal challenges before various state and federal courts regarding aspects of lost or dual citizenship concerning Senator Obama. Those challenges, in and of themselves, demonstrate Petitioners’ argument that reasonable doubt exists as to the eligibility of the Democratic Party’s nominee for President.

Unless someone in these suits knows something FOR SURE in all this gobbledygook, they are all going to look like morons, and Obama is ruthless enough to paint all criticisms of his efforts as a part of stupid smears which 'distract the nation from the serious business of helping the working people in this economy damaged by Wall St greed and Bush-Republican incompetence and corruption'

I fail to understand why Obama doesn't just produce his COLB and prove his qualifications as a citizen. This is a matter of Constitutional requirement!
So, I'm out driving and get pulled over and asked for my driver's license. I refuse to present and sit silently. The officer lets me go, and I get stopped again -- same reaction from me, this time when I'm involved in an accident. That makes the police officers look foolish for demanding that I follow the rule of law? A simplistic analogy, I know, but still....

And I don't believe in screeching about that COLB.
But it's not WRONG to ask for it, is it?
Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.
