All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
Ironically, I'd been thinking of taking a Red Cross course against the possibility that little "test" Biden was yammering about turned out to be an attack.

This little bastard doesn't care about "terrorism". And what is this jive about "natural disasters" happening more "often"? This is an excuse to herd the sheeple en masse into pens for indoctrination.

But if mandatory civil service somehow gets instituted, it will be compulsory. I wouldn't be surprised if the non-compliants' assets were seized to force cooperation. And trying to get and/or keep a job with a felony conviction under one's belt can be difficult.
In my view, the economic problems we're all witnessing right now could be one of the tools used to force civil service.
Now, I seriously doubt if mandatory civil service will be instituted right away. On the other hand, the United States is at war, and such a state gives our President access to "special" powers.
Today, on my sons seventeenth birthday, I asked my son, who aspired to join the Marines since he was toddler, when he was going to enlist. His reply? Not a chance under Obama. I then informed him that under Obama, as of this point, he can enlist and get paid for his service or hold out for mandated unpaid volunteer civil service.
